Pros:

Breakfast was very good

Cons:

Maintenance man let himself in my room with a pass key, I assume he wasn't told the room was occupied, and second day there were ants in the room. Took a picture and showed the desk receptionist.

Only one night but I was able to rest.
Pros:

I had a loved one in the hospital and it had been a long day.The young lady at the front desk when I checked in was very nice. She was warm and bubbly.

accommodating to guests without " nickle and diming" guests. To have water out for free in the lobby
Pros:

breakfast was great. Appreciated the hot breakfast , coffee, and water available to guests at no extra charge . The breakfast bar had plenty of options and was well stocked and maintained. Aprreciated having a mini fridge and microwave in the room

wish we were able to fully close the heavier drapes in the hotel room

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Food was very good.

Cons:

The only complaint would be the seat on our room's tpilet. It was not attached properly and might have been to small for the stool.

Cleanliness of room

Cons:

Heater was loud needs repaired had to turn off to sleep

When we arrived there were 10 emergency vehicles (police/EMS) because of shooting in the parking lot.
Front desk did not lock the doors, did not seemed concerned. He did however move us to a room upstairs per our request as we no longer wanted a first floor room since we did not know if anyone had been arrested or was still outside
