• Early check-in and late check-out policies: The check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-in before that hour must be booked the night before. The check-out time is at noon. Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 5:00 PM, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 5:00 PM, guests must pay 100 % of the last night´s rate.
• Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable

O café da manhã é muito bom, o banheiro é lindo e limpo, a cama é muito confortável. A educação da equipe também merece elogio, meu unico ponto negativo é o hotel cobrar uma taxa de reserva no cartão no check in, mas não dar o comprovante do cancelamento da mesma taxa no check out. Eles não confiam no hospede na entrada do hotel, mas nós temos que confiar na empresa na saída do hotel. Péssimo. O Spa do hotel também é muito bom.

Voor ons was de godsdienst-ervaring raar en overheersend. Sauna moest gesplitst zijn, sushi eten mocht niet in de lobby (wegens niet koosjer) terwijl er enorm veel lawaai van grote groepen in het restaurant was. Heel veel papierwerk bij inchecken; en heel raar; er werd al een waarborg voor extra's geblokkeerd van ongeveer 205USD pp onze kredietkaart terwijl we slechts 1 nacht geboekt hadden. Dit hebben wij nog nooit meegemaakt. Faciliteiten zoals zwembad, sauna, binnenzwembad verouderd.
