• In all cases, the hotel will apply the MEP dollar exchange rate on the payment date.
• Please note that guests must present a valid passport, Mercosur ID card, or Immigration form as proof of compliance with the National Immigration Act N° 25871 at check-in. Their stay in Argentina must not exceed three months.
• Please note that twin, queen, or king size may accommodate guests in different types of bedding. Guests must tell in advance which kind of bedding they would prefer. Only the Deluxe Suite can accommodate extra beds.
• Early check-in and late check-out policies: The check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-in before that hour must be booked the night before. The check-out time is at noon. Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 5:00 PM, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 5:00 PM, guests must pay 100 % of the last night´s rate.
• Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable
• This property will preauthorize the guest card for the amount correspondent to one night of stay , this preauthorization will be done once the period of free cancellation is over.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Krásný hotel, velké tiché pokoje s veškerým komfortem. Pohodlná velká postel. Koupelna s vířivou vanou - opravdu skvělé.
Snídaně ve 31.patře, kde je úžasný výhled na Buenos Aires.

Groundfloor restaurant was closed, although good alternatives were available on floor 31 & 32
Excellent breakfast, comfortable large rooms , great pool area . Concierge got us tickets to tango show & dinner, not the most expensive , but 1st class experience being picked up in a Mercedes town car , it really made our stay special

The restaurant at the ground floor was closed, was solved by opening the restaurants on floor 31 and 32

Location and the charm of the hotel- the gentlemen helping were adorable.
Plastic flowers on the tables, not possible to enter with a car, taxi has to leave you on the street, too much security to enter - seems entering an embassy, and bathrobes extremely small- Electric power connections too old, need to give a deposit for an adaptor.
