Check-out after that hour must be booked the night before. Until 5:00 PM, guests must pay 50% of the last night´s rate. After 5:00 PM, guests must pay 100 % of the last night´s rate.
• Please note that based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card, or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodations and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable
• This property will preauthorize the guest card for the amount correspondent to one night of stay , this preauthorization will be done once the period of free cancellation is over.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Sehr modern , sehr sauber, top Ausstattung, gute Lage, sehr große Zimmer, schöne Rooftop Bar Frühstück im 31. Stock was allerdings nur sonntags angeboten wird mit einem Traum Ausblick auf das Meer und auf dem Schloss und die Stadt. Sehr freundlicher Service. Mit großer Aufmerksamkeit. ein wunderbares Frühstück mit umfangreichen Angebot an Speisen. Viele top Restaurants in unmittelbarer Laufnähe

O café da manhã é muito bom, o banheiro é lindo e limpo, a cama é muito confortável. A educação da equipe também merece elogio, meu unico ponto negativo é o hotel cobrar uma taxa de reserva no cartão no check in, mas não dar o comprovante do cancelamento da mesma taxa no check out. Eles não confiam no hospede na entrada do hotel, mas nós temos que confiar na empresa na saída do hotel. Péssimo. O Spa do hotel também é muito bom.
