Pros:

At the last minute my flight was cancelled. Hotel GMS refused to refund ANY of my money. Yes, there was a cancellation policy, but there should be some leniency for circumstances beyond an individual’s control. I would understand if they needed to keep some of it, but they kept over $1,000. That is unethical.

욕실 비치된 수건에서 쉰냄새가 났네요
Pros:

전체적으로 깨끗하고 영등포역에서 도보로 이동하기 편했습니다. 다만.. 욕실 수건에서 쉰냄새가 나서 조금은 아쉬움이 남습니다. 누군가?? 사용한 수건인지? 말리는 과정에서의 냄새인지는 몰라도 직접적으로 맞닺는 용품에 대한 점검도 필요해 보이네요

Pros:

개인적으로는 처음 방문해본 호텔인데
가성비 좋고 위치도 역세권이고 좋았습니다
물도 3병에 음료수2병까지 무료라 넉넉하고
룸컨디션도 괜찮았습니다
대로변이라 좀 시끄러울 줄 알았는데 생각보다는
덜 시끄러웠네요~~~

새해 첫날 정말 불편한 응대와 태도였네요.
Pros:

예약 전에 두차례 미접종인 친구가 있는데 가능한지 확인을 했음에도 당일 부점장으로 보이는 남성분께서 "요즘 미접종자를 받아주는 곳이 어디 있나요, 접종이 기본이지"와 같은 말씀을 하시며 격양된 말투와 표정으로 응대하시는 모습에 매우 불편했습니다. "그럼 오늘만 재워드릴게요"라는 말씀도 저희가 비용을 내고 숙박하는 것임에도 적절하지 않은 멘트셨다고 생각합니다. 또한 묵었던 방의 컨디션도... 세면대 물이 안내려가는 등 좋지 않았습니다. 비용을 더 주더라도 맞은편 메리어트 이용하시는것을 추천드립니다.

교통편이 매우 편리, 복합쇼핑몰과 가까움.
리모델링해서 깔끔하지만 비치용품 등이 노후된게 보임.
큰 도로 옆이라서 소음이 있음. 좁은 골목길은 유흥주점 등으로 매우 번잡.
