Pros:

We had to cancel the last nine days of our trip or risk getting stuck in China due to Coronavirus concerns. Completely unseen and out of our control. Still, the hotel refused to refund any of of our stay, even though they told our Chinese daughter-in-law that they would refund as long as it was initiated by Orbitz. Orbitz tried for almost a month but was unable to secure a refund for us. We will be staying elsewhere when we visit family in the future.

早上約7：30退房，前台只有一人，等了5分多鐘。
前台員工在處理前一位客人退房，但完全莫視後面的客人，不懂彈性處理。

肯定不會再回訪
Pros:

空調不足，説是中央控制，不能調低過25度，朋友怕熱，晚上睡不好。再加上床墊承托力不足，全身痠痛，根本不能入睡。很不好的假期體驗！

总体感觉不错，卫生工作要更细心
Pros:

总体感觉不错，就在大梅沙门口路对面，旁边就是奥特莱斯（虽然里面完全没有可逛的必要），去找吃的也比较方便。服务员很热情周到，房间还比较干净、舒服。
卫生工作做得有点粗心，水壶里有一包未拿出来的茶包，我在烧水喝了之后才发现，把我恶心坏了

A satisfactory stay
Pros:

Good hotel with facilities nearby, couldn’t find my booking at first but the reception was courteous and apologetic. When booking with Hotels.com & when asked one has to the the staff that the booking is through Expedia as they wouldn’t know about Hotels.com.

近海灘，周邊很多食肆，中心地帶
Pros:

鄰近海灘，只需步行幾分鐘便可到達；
露台可看到海灘，景觀很美；
酒店附近很多食肆、快餐店等，非常方便，而且美道也好，附近的五谷坊食乳鴿很值得一試；
美中不足，泳池很細小；房內廁所有尿味，已自行用漂白水清潔兩次也有異味

酒店位置很好，不过装修比较陈旧。泳池小的可怜。。
服务也比较糟糕，checkin时因为订单系统未及时同步，前台直接拒绝处理，让客人自行联系订房渠道。足足等了1小时。。。更坑爹的是小孩不小心点了一部付费电影，花了40元。。。

酒店就在大梅沙旁，斜對沙灘，景觀不錯，旁邊就是奧特萊斯，挺好。但酒店房門門牌晚上沒燈照明，看不清楚。第二天明明包雙早，但餐廳沒紀錄，要問前台，有點礙事

位置好，食飯遊泳都好方便。
Pros:

酒店員工做事效率好慢，話左間房無冷氣都要等半小時先有人到，熱得好辛苦，而黎到員工又吾識，又要再等工程人員，都係攪吾掂，換房，到半夜又係冷氣吾凍，熱左一晚，真係好差，以後都吾會再入住。

方便的酒店
Pros:

酒店隔離就是海灘和outlet, 附近有不少食肆。20分鐘步行到大峽谷入口處，很方便。房間清潔度可改善。酒店早餐不要有太大期望。由羅湖口岸坐的士到酒店大概20-25分鐘，不太遠，但酒店入口要細心找。三日兩夜行程愉快。
