Overpriced house with rooms. Only saving grace is the view and food quality.
Pros:

The view from this hotel is spectacular. The same for The Deck restaurant and bar. The room was extremely clean. The food was very good quality in the restaurant and there was one waitress who was lovely (I didn't catch her name but thank you!).

Cons:

1. This is basically a motel with a view. It is very poor value for money. It is a very old and cramped building. The prices are not justifiable
2. There are so many staff members but most are more keen on chatting to each other than doing their jobs. We got turned out the breakfast both mornings and on the second morning the staff on the changeover shift started playing loud and obnoxious music
3. The bar was barely open the three days we were there. The day we checked out we were not allowed to sit at the bar with the view as they 'were not open yet' at 11.30am, despite us being told by another staff member they open at 11am. As a paying hotel guest I cannot see why it was not possible to even sit there
4. I had to wait 20minutes before anyone showed up to reception to check me in.

Lokalizacja z pięknymi widokami na winnice Lavaux, jezioro Genewskie, Alpy. Świetnie śniadania, miła obsługa w restauracji Le Deck oraz w recepcji. Parking (garaż) ok.

Cons:

W Apartamencie z tarasem z widokiem na las (drogę) dużo kurzu, zwłaszcza na firankach i zasłonach, na tarasie nie sprzątnięte uschnięte rośliny. Blat w łazience kwalifikuje się do wymiany.

The spa and the view.

Cons:

We felt urged to eat at the restaurant and book the spa by receptionist. The restaurant had gluten free options on the menu and insisted that the risotto was gluten free. Having coeliac disease and realizing that the gluten free risotto was full of rye, wheat and barley was shocking. Particularly at a four star hotel. The staff repeatedly confirmed it was gluten free then finally conceded it wasn't. We still had to pay for the meal and no apology came. Back at reception, the receptionist said "they tell me to send everyone to the restaurant"... Poor quality of service and client care and hygiene. Shame.

Easy to the a walk randonne among the vineyards.

Some rooms need to be renovated/ger a better bed and aircondition.
You have a lovely garden and area /
you should maintain this. And keep away old leaves, do the garden it’s such a lovely place.
