Cheap, mauvais rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner, le personnel de l’accueil aimable et la belle vue sur le lac de Côme

Cons:

Nous séjournions en couple dans l’une des résidences située à côté de l’immeuble principal de l hôtel. La qualité des meubles et équipements était mauvaise (meuble IKEA en contre plaqué), il n’y avait même pas une étagère pour poser son nécessaire de toilette dans la salle de bain. La salle de bain était d’ailleurs vétuste, le carrelage du bac à douche cassé et le porte serviette se détachait du mur. S’agissant de l’emplacement c’est vraiment pas idéal. L’hôtel n’est pas dans une ville, il est situé sur le bord de la route, et la plupart des chambres sont à l’ombre toute la journée. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés on nous a indiqué qu’il fallait payer le parking 20€/jour, alors que l’on n’avait pas le choix de garer votre véhicule ailleurs du fait du positionnement de l’hôtel. On se sent pris en otage. Le trajet depuis les résidences jusqu’a l’établissement principal est long et pas pratique pour des personnes à mobilité réduite ou âgées. Mon mari a des béquilles et il ne lui a pas été proposé de l’aider pour se rendre au restaurant avec les voiturettes de l’hôtel. Le ménage de la chambre laisse également à désirer, il y avait des traces de chaussures noires au sol lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Et enfin et surtout, l’immeuble des résidences n’est pas insonorisé, donc nous avons entendu toute la nuit les cris, pas et sprint des voisins du dessus et leurs enfants… si vous souhaitez dormir, pensez à vous munir de bouchons d’oreilles. Le petit déjeuner bien qu’il soit bon et copieux, propose également un service à la carte avec des omelettes facturées 8€… rien que ça. Nous n’avons globalement pas apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

A melhor opção para uma estadia no Lago di Como sempre ter de pagar preços exorbitantes
Pros:

Da localização, do conforto do quarto, da varanda sobre o lago. O pequeno almoço é composto de óptimos produtos e o restaurante é também óptimo. Todos os funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos.

El alojamiento estaba muy cuidado con unas vistas estupendas al lago. El apartamento era muy cómodo y silencioso. El desayuno estaba buenísimo! Repetiríamos sin duda

Un'esperienza magica in un hotel da favola!
Pros:

All'hotel Filario abbiamo apprezzato le bellezze del Lago di Como in un luogo magico, autentico e dotato di tutti i comfort. È un posto unico per godersi il Lago nell'assoluta tranquillità, accompagnati dagli squisiti piatti del ristorante e da un servizio impeccabile da parte di tutto lo staff. Il riposo è assicurato da camere pulite, confortevoli e spaziose.

Our little taste of Lake Como
Pros:

We stayed for a couple of nights at the end of a wonderful holiday. This was the perfect end to our memory packed tour. Accommodation in the apartment was spacious, comfortable and ideal. The food in the main Hotel was exceptionally good as was the service. The location served us well being lakeside and with good access to transport links. A sense of calm tranquility enhanced our stay despite being so very close to all of the bustling lakeside towns. The weather was awful. We did not care.

اقامة ممتازة لمن يبحث عن الهدوء قمنا بجولة بحرية وذهبنا الى بيلاجيو لكن القرية صغيرة ولا تشجع على الخروج فيها.

الشقة وااسعة ونظيفة ومتكاملة واطلالتها مبهرة
