I was looking for something akin to an old London lodging, but cared for & quiet - it hit the spot!
Pros:

The value for money given the location. It was very clean and orderly. Family run / small business. Bathroom in particular was clean and solid. Generous bar.

Cons:

No fault of their own, but I had to run several pieces of luggage up stairs (i.e. no elevator).

Pros:

Personale molto gentile, disponibile e presente 24h. Camere essenziali, letti un po’ piccoli ma molto comodi.
E’ abbastanza vicino alla stazione King’s Cross da dove ti puoi spostare ovunque e fuori dall’ingresso c’è una fermata autobus di cui però non abbiamo mai usufruito. Possibilità di colazione in loco.
Per noi è stato perfetto per 5 notti!

So convenient for all transport to all areas of London

It was an okay stay in London but as all hotels in London are - overpriced.
Pros:

We liked the space at the hotel. - It was convenient near Kings Cross but the area was really, rather sketchy! The Staff on arrival was great he was genuinely welcoming, stored my bag with no issue and checked me in a little early (20 minutes). The aircon was great!

Cons:

When I arrived, there was hoovers and laundry bags thrown on every stair level. It looked a bit messy.
The room smelt like sewage throughout our stay - it seemed to be coming from the drains in the bathroom.
The room was a little dirty - dust and stains. The shower didn't really work very well. We only had one roll of toilet roll and it wasn't a full roll. Plus the toilet roll holder didn't have a holder it was just a hole in the wall. Every time you pulled the roll the whole roll went. The bathroom door also didn't lock.
