Amazing reception staff. Super friendly. Welcoming.
Pros:

Great price and clean functional hotel for such an excellent location. A quiet street close to Kingscross.

Cons:

My bedroom was tiny so I wouldn’t spend much time there but it did its job perfectly. Doors to next door room is very close and can hear them coming and going. But not a big deal as it’s normally just the morning when everyone is getting up anyway.

Really unpleasant and not good value.
Pros:

Location and the man on the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful and kind.

Cons:

The size of the room and the bed - tiny! The curtains were dirty. It was very noisy as could hear nextdoor TV, coughing etc

Pros:

La struttura era ben posizionata, rispetto alla stazione di St.Pancras, facilmente raggiungibile dall'aereoporto. Il personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Per la colazione avrei preferito servissero le uova. La stanza che ho preso (per tre notti) era in un piano interrato e probabilmente avrei fatto una scelta diversa se lo avessi saputo.
