Great location, reasonable price, comfortable room and close to some lovely cafes.
The room was a little dirty and there were some weird stains on the curtains.

Comfy beds, enough space in the room and bathroom. Very nice staff. Good breakfast and we also got free coffee in the afternoon. Location is close to King's Cross St Pancreas station with lots of connection to the city center.

Staff are absolutely superb, really cannot fault them, very helpful and accommodating, excellent all round.
Rooms are a little tired, but not to any extent that I wouldn't stay here again. Toilet flush leaking throughout night, not a distraction from sleep but must be wasting a lot of water sadly. Iron borrowed from hotel was, sadly, very dirty and in a moment of idiocy I didn't check it prior to using it, which ruined a new white shirt. My fault for not checking it and cleaning it, but the hotel irons could do with being checked a little more frequently prior to being lent out. Have to say though, other than that, a very pleasant stay and excellent value for money.

Great property in a great location. Staff were excellent, able to stop our bags as we arrived very early and also stored our bags the following day as we had a later train.
