Two very nice gentleman working in reception.

A good, clean and comfortable hotel close to Kings Cross and Eurostar
Pros:

This hotel was modern, clean and comfortable and a great location for Kings Cross. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everything was done very efficiently. We'd stay here again.

Friendly accommodating staff and great accommodation a short walk from Kings Cross station
Pros:

I've stayed here multiple time and it's kinda my go to option now when I'm in and around Camden/Kings Cross. Added bonus of being offer a really cheap deal as I was looking for accommodation. The staff were excellent as always and the rooms what I expect.

On checking in I was informed that a shower screen needed to be replaced so they offered to change my room. To be honest I wasn't bothered for a 1 night stay, unless it was a problem for the house. So I said it's fine but feel free to move me if it's better for you. A bit of a nuanced detail but I had a beer at check-in and when I got back that evening, put on the room...

When I checked out I said I needed to pay for the beers but it was waved away as on the house, I guess as I'd said the shower screen wasn't a problem - which was a lovely but unnecessary touch. But this is why I'll keep returning ...the staff are so friendly and accommodating (even without the need for a free beer).

Not trustworthy
Cons:

Got a booking confirmation, hours later, when I was almost arriving, they canceled my room. Not trustworthy at all, would not recommend. As I was already there when I noticed the message of cancelation, I asked for a clarification of what happened, they couldn’t give me one and also were not at all helpful finding another solution.
