Les dames de l'accueil n'ont pas du tout été agréables et compétentes.
Je me suis certes trompé de date de réservation. Elles m'ont par la suite dit que c'était IMPOSSIBLE de modifier la date même avec un montant supplémentaire. Elles refusaient toute suggestions sans patience et sans politesse. Elle m'ont laissé mijoter un bon moment en me prenant pour un abruti. Pour au final, modifier la date de réservation moyennement surcoût comme j'avais calmement proposé dès le départ. Pas le meilleur métier pour être borné comme ça.

Excellente nuitée et TB petit déjeuner.

Accueil formidable par le réceptionniste à mon arrivée tardive, après perte de mon smartphone en chemin... Un surclassement très confortable m'a été offert, et mes documents de voyage ont été imprimés, portés jusqu'au 6ème... service royal, et grande gentillesse. Le collègue , plus tard, m'a prêté un adaptateur. De nouveau, service royal. Et mêem chose pour le personnel du petit déjeuner.

Very close to train station bit directions has to be clear

Staff on arrival very u helpful with luggage, no one to help n only hotel asking abt passport , all hotels I went was happy with an ID card. Besides, she asked abt ID n when I presented my ID she then asked for passport.. tourism office highly recommended, take the small train worth it as at hotel they say I can visit but you need to hv a proper guidance where to go n visit. I lost my time unnecessarily

Bátran ajánlom
Pros:

A szoba nagyon kellemes hangulatú, kényelmes, tiszta és szép volt. Minden megtalálható, amire szükség lehet. Nagyra értékeltem, hogy a hideg időben tudtam teát készíteni a szobában is. A hotel a központban van, mégis csendes helyen. Élmény volt ott lenni.

Cons:

A reggeli nagyon finom volt, de hiányzott a meleg étel.
