decent hotel in a good location
Pros:

the hotel is located near the train station, tram, shops, restaurants and the Manor department store. It is near the lake and well situated. Room was clean.

Cons:

my room was extremely small. when switching on the bathroom light, there was a very loud sound, perhaps from the extractor, but it was extremely loud. There was a smell coming from the bathroom, but I could only smell it at some times during the day. The breakfast could be more vasatile, perhaps add rice and stew for those who do not eat bread
