Nice and elegant
Pros:

Walking distance from train station and the lake side. Very nice and helpful staff. Got there just one night before an early train connection but I had a lovely and quiet night. The room was fully equipped, elegant and comfortable.

Convenient location for train station but a bit noisy in evenings from local bars.
Pros:

Location was convenient for us as we needed to be near the main train station. Great shower pressure with rain shower too. Staff were friendly enough.

Cons:

No air conditioning and even in the middle of winter the room got stuffy - we could open the window which we did but the noise in the evening from the local bars became an issue (and it carried on till after midnight).
I found the bed to be too soft for me as a heavier person woke up with a sore back.
