Safe and secure; friendly staff. Reception assisted with my luggage down the stairs upon check out. Thank you so much.
Pros:

Cleanliness & car parking is guarded. I feel my car is parked in a safe parking area right where the security guard was located.

Cons:

No lift or escalator (all 30+ rooms are on the first floor of the building). I had to struggle up the stairs with my luggage. I am an elderly lady in my 60's). Staff are 1 receptionist and 1 security guard only.
