Shan Inn Dambulla

Lage hat gepasst. Sind früher abgereist ( nur dort geduscht und Gepäck abgestellt), da wir recht früh in Dmbulla angekommen sind und sehr schnell alles erkundet haben. Es war keine Stadt für uns. Unterkunft war schön. Sauberkeit hat gepasst. Nette Gastgeberin. Mussten leider den ganzen Preis bezahlen und auch fürs Frühstück welches wir nicht gebraucht haben.

Soggiornare da Chaturi è come essere a casa. Le stanze sono nuove e moderne in mezzo alla giungla. La brezza del pomeriggio è l'ideale per godersi le scimmie che saltano tra le palme mentre sorseggi un thè. L'accoglienza ha il punteggio più alto, è sempre stata attenta ad ogni cosa, presente, disponibile. Ci ha aperto le porte di casa e ha accolto i nostri figli come fossero i suoi. Ci ha inoltre preparato dei piatti locali, abbiamo chiesto di fare colazione con cose che mangiano anche loro, e ci ha spiegato e raccontato molto delle tradizioni locali e culinarie. Ultima ma non meno importante, la posizione. Perfetta per visita il Cave Temple e Golden Temple. Ottimo soggiorno a Dambulla, see you soon 💞

Paní hostitelka je velmi milá, uvařila nám skvělé snídaně a se vším ochotně pomohla a poradila. Ubytování je pěkné, zvláště se nám líbilo posezení na terase s výhledem na zahrádku.

Great and very friendly hosts. A simple place, worth the price. Breakfast was chia seeds with fruit. I fully recommend it!

De enthousiasme en vriendelijkheid van de gastvrouw en gastheer. Tevens overlegde de gastvrouw vriendelijk wat wij wilden voor ontbijt en heeft de gastvrouw ook een diner ( hadden wij gevraagd ) gemaakt voor ons.

Przemiła właścicielka z wielkim sercem i pięknym uśmiechem.
Pyszne śniadania i super pokoje z pięknym ogrodem.
Serdecznie polecam wszystkim i jak tylko wrócę na Sri Lankę to na bank do tego miejsca.

Excellent owner, able to assist with organizing tuk tuk and driver for Sigiriya and sightseeing. Also arranged taxi for us to Kandy. Room had A/C. Breakfast included. Is walking distance to cave temple.

The family owned Shan inn hotel offers very comfortable cozy room with very nice garden behind. Chathuri, the owner of hotel is so lovely and kind. She just has this perfect friendly personality that makes travellers feel comfortable and safe. Also, her and her family has very good communication the whole time as they always respond my requests and questions. I loved getting coffee in the back cafe and chatting with her! :) They know good local tours as well. So I went a jeep safari (with driver name Hasintha), he was also very kind and it was so much fun!!! Shan inn - it can give you the best hospitality the travellers can ever ask for!

清潔で広くてバルコニーも付いていてとても良かった

Perfect host. A welcoming family who will put all their heart to provide you with the best service. It felt like being home. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was really nice. I highly suggest you to stay Shan Inn Dambulla if you want to know what real Sri Lankan hospitality is.

隣がオーナーの住居で。チェックイン後には人が見当たらなかった。部屋に水がなく、焦った。
翌日の朝食からオーナーと親しくなったので、いろいろ解決したが。

The hostess was absolutely lovely and welcoming which is really appreciated as I was travelling solo. She helped with any questions I had - she even invited me round for dinner. There was a problem with my booking which meant the rooms were over booked, she found me somewhere else to stay so can’t comment on the rooms.
