Da forma que o hotel tratou algumas questões que poderiam claramente ser resolvidas até pq estávamos em 20 pessoas. Uma delas: fazer o checkout às 12h30 o que resolveria nossos problemas de logística. E a outra questão é deixar 1 responsável para levar o café da manhã para os 20 que estavam trabalhando desde às 3h da manhã de domingo. Seria café, pão e queijo. Porém foi negado também essa gentileza. Ahh mas é norma do hotel... Ok. Mas no comércio as normas precisam ser maleáveis para atender o cliente (principalmente para fideliza-lo.). E todos esses NÃOS foram feitos de forma rígida e sem explicações pelo atendente da recepção (de sábado/domingo de madrugada). Enfim, teremos que voltar uma vez no mês até dezembro em Aracruz e com certeza ESSE HOTEL não será minha opção.

Ótima estadia. Dentro do esperado quando estamos fora do conforto de nossa casa.
Pros:

Ótima localização, no centro e perto de tudo... padaria, supermercado, lojas etc. Ideal para deslocamento até a área de indústrias também. Café da manhã muito bom e colaboradores de todas as áreas estão de parabéns. Educados e sempre prestativos.
