Sweet home в полной мере соответствует отель названию. Потрясающий персонал, действительно, не выдумка! Сотрудники огромная ценность отеля -очень гостеприимные, внимательные, заботливые, готовые помочь 24/7. Мы это оценили на 5+
Номера чистые. При необходимости запросите у персонала, все предоставят в кратчайший срок и без вопросов. Так мы брали сушилку для белья, принесли в номер через 3 минуты.
Интернет действительно летает, проблем с ним не случилось.
Пастельное белье и принадлежности в хорошем состоянии. Подушки удобные.
Слышимость имеет место быть, но во временных рамках. Сон никто не нарушал, спали как убитые.
Парковаться на территории отеля не рекомендуем, сложно въехать, локация на горе. Лучше проехать вверх по улице метров 50 и спокойно парковаться на улице на заднем дворе за отелем. Мест достаточно.
Завтраки с 8:00 до 10:30. Подкрепиться можно! Из горячего всегда три блюда: отварное яйцо/картофель фри/сосиски. Оливки 3-4 видов; сыры 2-3 вида; пару холодных салатов; соусы; варенье; помидоры и огурцы в нарезке. Хлеб; булка; выпечка. Из напитков: сок и чай. Всегда в наличии сухие завтраки шоколадные шарики.
Традиционно чай в любое время суток и бесплатно. До центра города и торговых центром 10 минут на машине.
В целом очень приятные ощущения. Трабзон потрясающий город!
