A great functional stay in central Leeds.
Pros:

Central location, friendly staff, cheap prices. Though not used - 12pm checkout is excellent!

Cons:

Small room and bathroom - bed was not a ‘king’ as advertised.

Had a great stay. Lovely and clean. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Location great. Staff were really friendly.
Quite expensive. It was close to the arena so I understand the price hike but for the price, I would have expected a coffee machine and fridge.

Bizarre check in process
Pros:

Room has everything needed. Tea and coffee in reception. Good location.

Cons:

Found out on arrival that check in requires a physical debit or credit card (don't accept contactless). Huge queue whilst everyone finds cards/calls someone to bring a card/works out what their pin is. The receptionist took my card away and held it/did stuff with it behind the counter where I couldn't see. Really weird! Staff were really abrupt when people didn't have a card or were surprised by needing a card.

Room was way too hot and the air con switches off every few hours so you have to get up in the night to turn it back on repeatedly.

I've stayed here lots of times and always been really happy with it but this time it just seemed a bit scruffy. Manky stains on the carpet in the room.
