Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast included was superb. Dinner at on site restaurant was also v good. About 20 min from the train station but it was fine by me. Very comfortable stay.
The location was great and practical for been close the my daughter who was born 5 weeks premature
The fact I went to jump in the shower, and when I jumped out and lifted what was meant to be clean towels off the side, the side was covered in pubic hair. That's vile. Still waiting for a resolution and I've contact both the hotel and head office
Central location, clean & comfortable with fri many helpful staff. Parking in nearby car park was £7 for 24 hrs with Ibis discount - just tap Reg no in at Reception when you arrive & when you pay on the car park the discount is applied.

Room was compact, but clean and had everything I needed for my 2 night stay. Not the hotel's fault, but I could hear building works outside very late at night.
Just the outside noise. If windows were better soundproofed it would have been perfect.

A bit hot. Single room was a bit snug especially the bathroom

Great location, clean functional space and great value for money
We only had 2 bath towels (no hand towel and no bath mat) as 2 ladies in a twin room this would have been disappointing had either of us wanted to wash our hair.
Reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming on check in or check out
Clean, comfortable and rooms well designed
The only downside is no chair in rooms, so for longer stays sitting on the bed can be uncomfortable, also maybe more music variety in the breakfast room would be a good plan
