The accommodation was suitable for the visit but staff need to priorities queuing over administrative issues!
Pros:

Location

Cons:

We were left waiting nearly 20mins trying to collect our bags whilst two staff members tried to solve an administrative issue leaving only one staff member to deal with several different people and a large family! I understand that the Graduation Season is a very busy period but administrative issues should’ve been put to the side and the queue dealt with first! I managed a large organisation of nearly 300 staff and customers are always dealt with first! Problems should be dealt with out of the sight of customers and not at the front desk as first impressions last!

Great hotel and staff, shame parking discount did not work
Pros:

Staff great. Hotel clean

Cons:

The car park discount did not work. Despite registering my car in the hotel, the car park system did not recognise this and charged me £20 for 24 hours instead of the expected £10

A great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Stayed here for one night for my daughters graduation. The hotel is in a perfect location directly next to Leeds Arena with a big car park on the doorstep. I had a single room but the bed was more like a double and spacious and comfy. The room was small but clean, nicely decorated and perfect for a short stay and had everything I needed. Friendly reception staff made check in easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect for my needs.

Good value, difficult to find the car park
Pros:

Clean modern

Cons:

Location of car park makes it difficult to find the hotel. Not much signage. Had to call hotel to from second floor of car park to find out how to get my disabled father to the front door. It’s in a shopping centre behind the hotel with no direct access.

Great location validates parking
Pros:

The location is excellent and I like that they validate parking. We've been using this location for 3 years while daughter has been at university. Always a great price And I only have a book through booking.com as it seems to work out cheaper than direct

Cons:

Unfortunately the bed broke and it took 90 minutes for them to sort it out to move to a different room which wasn't as good as the room that we paid for despite them being adamant they were the same. Manager, did apologise the next day for taking so long to get it sorted and offered a partial discount on the next stay. However, we wouldn't need to take the offer up as we will no longer be needing to use the hotel as my daughter has graduated from university. Also have to say from previous times we've stayed they've always had a better selection of teas in the foyer area. Whereas now they only offer the Yorkshire normal and decaf and a Tetley earl grey. Previously they've had green tea and chamomile

Great location, lovely decor.
Pros:

Really great location for gradation and concerts at First Direct arena. Parking next door which was handy too.
Loved the style of the rooms and hotel throughout. Very modern and funky!
Breakfast at the attached restaurant was great. We didn’t book the breakfast and showed up at 10.10am as they were just about to close but the lovely chap let us. Very much appreciated.

Cons:

Liked it all. Felt a little for the staff as it was graduation week, they were fully booked with lots of people turning up early in hope of an earlier check which just wasn’t possible.
Their bag locker was completely full too so had to leave luggage in the car and check in at silly o’clock that night after the graduation celebrations.
