Pros:

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Very convenient for the arena and shops.

Cons:

For a king double room it was no different from a normal one. Very basic, lacking space with minimal tea, coffee etc. Just two bath towels, no hand towels. The bed was OK. The tv was OK. For what we paid for the room for one night was shameful. Recommend the location and parking facility, but not value for money.

Visiting Arena
Pros:

Great location, near First Direct Arena. Great choice for breakfast and staff helpful. Comfortable room. A few small tweaks and it would have been perfect.

Cons:

Not enough milk in room but lots in reception you can help yourself.
Only bath towels no hand towels. Another bath towel was put in our room on first evening when we mentioned to reception however next day whilst cleaning room extra towel taken away, and key card removed. No top up of coffee/tea facilities. No clean cups or glasses. Dirty ones left in room.
