I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the team at ibis Styles Leeds City Centre Arena. I visited Leeds for a conference and, unfortunately, had a family member fall ill during my stay. I needed to extend my booking over several nights, and throughout this difficult time, every member of staff showed genuine empathy, kindness, and support.
As I was away from home and managing a stressful situation on my own, their care meant more than I can express. Each time I returned to the hotel, I felt welcomed and looked after and it truly felt like a home away from home.
Thank you to the entire team for your generosity and compassion. It made a challenging experience much easier to navigate.
