A view from the second-floor window onto the parking lot. The room had a door leading to the roof of the extension. The bathroom is so small

This is not a complaint, but an observation! Please supply real Juices at Breakfast not flavoured water, the orange flavoured juice was awful. Thank you 😘

Many times as my son is at uni in Leeds. Absolutely love it. The car park next door is super handy and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Since the rodizio opened, I have also enjoyed a couple of great meals there. All in all, top notch !

We've used the ibis a few times now, it's close to the arena, clean and comfy. Great that you can park in the multi storey half price when staying.
The room was compact but had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. Great location for both the First Direct Arena and O2 Academy.
Shower tray was quite slippy
Was able to top up with the tea facility from downstairs, I really liked the key card to use the lifts made me feel much safer as a lone traveler
My shower hose wouldn’t stay at the right angle so the water sprayed at the screen and not at me, had to hold shower so I was able to use it
