Cons:

Os quartos precisam de uma reforma urgente.
Custo benefício absurdamente caro na época da Expozebu, 1.000 reais a diária, por uma instalação muito ruim!
Não fornecem travesseiros extra, toalhas de banho horríveis, banheiro encardido, ar condicionado não funciona direito, secador de cabelos para de funcionar pois aquece, frigobar vazio.

Pros:

The staff, the breakfast and the location were excellent.

Cons:

The building needs a bit of upkeeping (e.g. a new coat of paint and there was a big mold(?) stain in our room).
