Minha experiência no Hotel Ibis foi péssima.
Realizei a reserva pelo Booking, confiando no padrão de qualidade da rede. No entanto, ao chegar ao hotel, fui acomodado em um quarto adaptado para pessoas com deficiência, sem qualquer aviso prévio ou consulta sobre minha concordância.
Minha insatisfação não é com a acessibilidade do quarto, mas com a falta de comunicação e transparência no atendimento.
Considero inadmissível que o hóspede não seja informado previamente sobre as características da acomodação.
A hospedagem ficou abaixo das minhas expectativas. Esperava mais profissionalismo e respeito ao cliente por parte da rede Ibis.
