Muito barulho da rua. Qualquer carro que passa na rua faz barulho no quarto. Não gostei e não volto mais. Não dá pra dormir em paz.

Pros:

Fomos bem atendidos, boa localização, quarto bom, só achamos pequeno, o banheiro e sem muita proteção, para pessoas idosas(como nós).
Há um restaurante no local, mas como era feriado(1 de maio), só serviam sanduiche.😔

Gentileza e acolhimento
Pros:

O hotel é excelente, após as mudanças ficou melhor ainda. Destaque para o atendimento da Ana que normalmente faz meu check-in e é extremamente gentil e também da Luiza que é sempre muito solícita para ajudar no que é necessário.

Da forma de como fui atendido pelos funcionários, todos muito respeitosos e treinados. Estão de parabéns.

Cons:

O primeiro quarto, tive que trocar porque não estava limpo, e o segundo quarto o chuveiro não estava esquentando, tomei 02 banhos mega gelados. Mas avisei pela manhã na recepção.
