péssima seria um elogio.
Pros:

O quarto ficou sem energia logo que chegamos. Pedimos para trocar de quarto mas disseram que não tinha disponibilidade. A luz voltou depois deles mexerem no quadro de luz. Saímos de noite e quando retornamos o quarto estava sem luz de novo. Religaram, mas depois de alguns minutos acabou novamente. Já cansados, dormimos e pretendo nunca mais retornar a este local. Recepcionistas antipáticas, pouco prestativas. Pior atendimento que tive em minha vida em um IBIS.

No geral foi tudo bom.
Pros:

A acomodação é justa. Tudo limpo e cama confortável. Chuveiro bom. Cortina blackout ótima! Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

O controle do ar condocionado estava sem pilha e apesar de pedir a troca não foi realizada. Para abrir a porta com cartão magnetico somente após várias tentativas, apesar de ficar verde.
