Cons:

Quarto de frente para o elevador, com muito barulho das pessoas que entram e sai do elevador o tempo todo. Uma luz do alarme de incêndio que fica piscando e que durante o dia parece fraca, mas com o quarto todo escuro, parece que tem um carro dando farol alto a cada 10 segundos ou menos. Outra coisa também, é o banheiro não ter um box e a água escorrer toda pelo banheiro(como me colocaram em um quarto adaptado, acredito ser por conta disso), mas também não deveriam colocar ninguém nesse quarto, a não ser que a pessoa realmente necessite. Frigobar parecia que ia decolar quando funcionava para gelar os itens internos.

A recepção e a troca de informações foram muito positivas. A localização do hotel é excelente. A cama estava confortável. Haviam pelo menos 5 cabides no armário, o que algo positivo.

Cons:

Torneira da pia do banheiro estava parcialmente entupida. O barulho do frigobar estava atípico: o som estava muito irritante e atrapalhou o meu sono. Embora houvesse mais uma opção de travesseiro, senti falta de uma opção de travesseiro mais "duro". Embora o box do chuveiro apresentasse vedação na porta de vidro, utilizar o chuveiro acabou molhando significativamente o tapete que fica logo ao lado de fora do box. O café da manhã poderia contar com outras opções. Além disso, no horário em que desci para tomar o café da manhã, não havia mesas disponíveis; não havia café; não havia leite; não havia ovos mexidos. Precisei subir de volta para o quarto e descer praticamente 30 min antes do encerramento do buffet para ter uma experiência minimamente aceitável de café da manhã...
