Excellent Boutique Hotel in Coyoacan Neighborhood
Pros:

Excellent location on a quiet street within walking distance of Frida Kahlo house, markets, plaza, restaurants and more. Gratis breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was a great start to each day.

Cons:

One small trade off to being in the picturesque Coyoacan neighborhood is that many of the museums and fancier restaurants require cab rides to other neighborhoods.

Paraiso en Coyoacán.
Pros:

Todo. Habitación muy amplia. Un patio que parece que entras en otro mundo. Muy bue desayuno. Excelente ubicacion a 200 del centro de Coyoacan. La amabilidad de Miguel.

Pros:

The little hotel is very cute with beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and I liked that they had some local choices as well. My favorite part was how quiet it was.

Cons:

It's a little dated inside and shower could use an update, but it's fully functional.

Casa Moctezuma has it’s pluses and minuses.
Pros:

Architecture, Garden and Location are wonderful. Nice Staff.

Cons:

Our room lacked charm. Room decor is a bit too spartan. The water pressure wasn’t good, not enough to shampoo one’s hair. Breakfast offerings are a bit repetitive and boring.

Wonderful place if you want something relaxing but luxurious in this part of town.
Pros:

The breakfast on the patio felt very luxurious, more like having an apartment with a private chef than staying in a hotel.
The room was two floor, There was not really much upstairas, but we had two big suitcases, so this let us have one floor for open suitcases, which keeping the downstairs tidy and uncluttered.
Bathroom lighting was nice, beds comfy.
The garden was very pretty and the breakfast was great. Not overly large or excessive, but just enough and in a tasteful way.
Staff were very attentive and did everything for us.

Cons:

Shower temperature was a bit unpredictable despite the system looking very modern but it was not a big deal.

Excelente, a pocos minutos caminando de las zonas de interes principales de Coyoacan.
El personal muy atento, y siempre al pendiente.
La casa muy bonita y tranquila. El desayuno muy rico.

Cons:

El desayuno pudiera ser un poco mas abundante, por ejemplo un poco mas de fruta, avena o cereales. Pero es un detalle, que no afecta la experiencia, todo lo demas estuvo excelente.

Pros:

The property was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. It is located on a lovely street just a short walk away from Plaza de Coyoacán. We loved the location, authentic Mexican breakfast but most of all the service. Miguel and team were beyond accommodating and kind. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was a beautiful experience!

Lovely and welcoming
Pros:

The building, the courtyard, the staff are lovely, it is a nice quiet place. The room is huge, with all comforts, and very bright.

Cons:

Mexico City can be cold, and breakfast area is only external, so be prepared to have a very late breakfast, otherwise it’s too cold.

Nothing really. I give it 10/10, but writing some nitpicks here. The could have furnished it better. It was a loft, but I never used the upper floor because it was sparsely furnished. Breakfast coffee could've been better.
