Wonderful place if you want something relaxing but luxurious in this part of town.
Pros:

The breakfast on the patio felt very luxurious, more like having an apartment with a private chef than staying in a hotel.
The room was two floor, There was not really much upstairas, but we had two big suitcases, so this let us have one floor for open suitcases, which keeping the downstairs tidy and uncluttered.
Bathroom lighting was nice, beds comfy.
The garden was very pretty and the breakfast was great. Not overly large or excessive, but just enough and in a tasteful way.
Staff were very attentive and did everything for us.

Cons:

Shower temperature was a bit unpredictable despite the system looking very modern but it was not a big deal.

Pros:

Excelente, a pocos minutos caminando de las zonas de interes principales de Coyoacan.
El personal muy atento, y siempre al pendiente.
La casa muy bonita y tranquila. El desayuno muy rico.

Cons:

El desayuno pudiera ser un poco mas abundante, por ejemplo un poco mas de fruta, avena o cereales. Pero es un detalle, que no afecta la experiencia, todo lo demas estuvo excelente.

Its a pretty place. Breakfast was yummy. Very accommodating. Great location!

Pros:

The property was absolutely beautiful, inside and out. It is located on a lovely street just a short walk away from Plaza de Coyoacán. We loved the location, authentic Mexican breakfast but most of all the service. Miguel and team were beyond accommodating and kind. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was a beautiful experience!

Lovely and welcoming
Pros:

The building, the courtyard, the staff are lovely, it is a nice quiet place. The room is huge, with all comforts, and very bright.

Cons:

Mexico City can be cold, and breakfast area is only external, so be prepared to have a very late breakfast, otherwise it’s too cold.

Good location, friendly staff

Cons:

Nothing really. I give it 10/10, but writing some nitpicks here. The could have furnished it better. It was a loft, but I never used the upper floor because it was sparsely furnished. Breakfast coffee could've been better.

Beautiful boutique hotel for exploring art district
Pros:

- excellent location, very quiet but within blocks of major markets, plazas, and restaurants
- perfect for a longer stay (several weeks) with lots of common areas, nice kitchenette, and comfortable furnishings
- staff went out of their way to be helpful, but were also low-key and un-intrusive
- beautiful grounds and well-designed rooms
- breakfasts were generous and delicious

Cons:

Very minor things…
- kitchen could have been better stocked with equipment
- for longer stays, breakfast got a little repetitive (but still delicious!)

Perfect hotel in a great location to explore CDMX

The hotel was fantastic! Location was perfectly centered in Coyoacan, beautiful courtyard, and delicious breakfast. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Nothing in particular. We were switched to a different room than booked, but did not mind as it was still very nice.

Quaint and cute
Pros:

I loved the beautiful front porch and eating breakfast out there. I also loved that the rooms were very clean with comfortable beds.

Cons:

The breakfast entrees were not that great, but I loved the fruit, coffee and bread. Lastly, it was a little noisy in the room if people were socializing on the patio.

Casa Moctezuma is a great little hotel only two blocks from the Plaza in Coyoacan. The staff is very attentive and the interior courtyard is lovely. Anytime we go back to Coyoacan we look forward to staying at Casa Moctezuma

Un très bel endroit
Pros:

La villa est très belle, très calme et proche du centre. La chambre était très spacieuse et refaite à neuf. Devant il y avait une petite table sur la terrasse où nous était servi un joli petit déjeuner, et il y avait du vrai beurre ! ça c'est un plus au Mexique. J'ai été vraiment très bien accueilli par toute une équipe très aimable.

Cons:

Le matelas n'est pas suffisamment ferme... mais c'est un peu partout au Mexique, et j'imagine qu'il y a des gens qui aiment comme ça.
