La atención del personal es buena, el paquete contratado incluía desayuno y está bastante bueno.

Cons:

Se entiende lo que contratas, pero no está de más una explicación breve de lo que uno tiene acceso y por el evento el costo fue bastante elevado pero en tarifa normal vale bastante la pena.

Pros:

Excelente hotel, buen trato, limpio, alberca agradable y el personal muy amable. Mejoraria el tema del internet que no llega a todas las habitacione y viajé por trabajo.

Pros:

El servicio y la atención son excelentes, la señorita de recepción (cabello rojizo) y la señorita que nos atendió en el restaurante (una chica alta) nos brindaron una atención inmejorable, cálida y empática, la camarista muy atenta, la comida, muy sabrosa y con un menú bastante variado. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero muy cómodas y limpias, además de que no se escucha nada de ruido, las instalaciones cuidadas, en fin, excelente lugar.

Very nice place
Pros:

the staff was very nice, and my room was super spacious, comfortable and clean. and the A/C was working great, and there was always space for my car in their parking area

Cons:

They called my room once and woke me up to ask me if I wanted the room cleaned.
They should have the "do not disturb" things you hang on the doors to avoid these kind of things.
