The room had full dishes, cutlery, coffee, fridge with icemaker...all very welcome

Cons:

I meant to ask for first floor. I will do that next time, my friend is slightly disabled and the stairs were a chore.

Nice stay and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. The parking area appeared to be safe and was very lit up.

Should be advertised as a motel, not a hotel.
Pros:

The large room even though it was a handicap accessible

Cons:

The property was advertised as a hotel. The pictures on Booking. Com and the property website did not show that the entry to rooms were external. The room assigned did not have working internet and the remote control stopped working. All reported to management and was nicer resolved. I would never have made a reservation had I been aware. Once I arrived , I would have been penalized if I had cancelled. Misleading advertisement.

Pros:

Trash can under the desk had trash in it when I arrived. I didn’t mention it to the front desk because I didn’t see it until I had already been in the room for 2 hours and unpacked.

Pros:

Nice, clean, updated facility. The only issue was cleaning service removed used towels but failed to replenish. We stayed four days and this was a daily issue.
