The location was perfect
The room was a little small. There needs to be more towel bars to hang towels after using them
Our party of 3 (2 adults--1 elderly with mobility challenges & a 15 year old) arrived later in the evening after flying in and had booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed (for the 15 year old).
The attendant at the front desk was very nice and gave us a room on the 4th floor. When we walked in, the window was open (as far as it could be). We pulled out the sofa bed so we could have everything set up when we got back from dinner. There was no mattress cover or bedding on the sofa bed. We checked the closet and all drawers, but there was no bedding in the room. We figured we'd head to get dinner and stop at the front desk on the way out.
At the front desk, the very nice attendant thought we were asking for some additional bedding at first, but when she realized that the bed wasn't made at all she moved us to another room. Teen and I got our belongings from original room while elderly grandma waited in lobby. We got to the new room and it was worse. There was a horribly stained throw pillow on the sofa, no bedding (or even mattress cover) on the sofa bed or in the closet, a dirty sweatshirt hanging off a shelf in the closet and a half used dishwasher soap packet on the counter. At that point, we could not keep playing musical rooms and we did feel that we were in a safe environment (open window, dirty pillow, etc.).
The attendant at the front desk was extremely nice (she was great and apologetic throughout) and released our reservation. This has the potential to be a nice place to stay, but they need to get their act together with regards to housekeeping. Also, if they're not going to have bedding for the sofa beds, don't offer rooms with them.

Best of the Marriotts in the area; very clean, nice rooms at decent rates, good breakfast included, staff is friendly and helpful, indoor swimming pool, location is very convenient to highways and restaurants

Reasonably clean
We checked in late night - went to our room to find the pull out bed had no sheets/pillows/blankets. I went back to the front desk, but no one was there. After ~5 mins, the clerk returned and I requested the sheets/pillows/blanket. She questioned if i had looked in the closet (which I had), then went and got me a bag.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable- especially compared to other Marriott hotels/beds. The pillows were awful and they only provided two.
Overall it was a subpar experience.
Breakfast was great! Everything you could want! Room was clean and had a whole kitchen. We were very happy with our stay.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful, convenient. This is the best of 3 TownePlace hotels we stayed at this week. It is modern and clean. The bathroom is bright with standing shower framed in glass. The kitchen is simple and organized. The thermostat is confusing with no heat or cool selection, it seems automatic switching, but surprised us with unwanted cooling when we dropped the temp a couple degrees.
Excellent place to stay with family. The front office staffs were friendly , room was clean and enough parking space. We stayed for 1 day, and traveled with family. It was very comfortable.
The building is in good shape. One piece of furniture in our room was in poor shape but the rest of the room was fine and our stay was good. The breakfast is basic but sufficient.
It was clean, plenty of room in the room and the shower was perfect for a senior citizen. The lobby was a pleasant place to relax
The nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable beds, spotless clean bathroom lovely continental breakfast exceptional stay. Beautiful area too.

Well we arrived cause of a issue with our house we checked in and had a smaller bed than we was promised and then my daughter found a tampon straw under the fridge and we left immediately
