Enjoyable experience and great views!
Pros:

Great view of the ocean/beach and close to cafes, restaurants and shopping. The ocean view room has floor to ceiling windows for a great view. The breakfast package was worth the expense. Lot's of options for everyone and well done.

Blandat med djupa dalar och höga toppar.
Pros:

Utmärkt frukost, välstädat. Bra och fina rum men något små om man är tre.

Cons:

Personalen, incheckning, tillägg för frukost trots att det skulle ha varit inkluderat och läge. Det börjar med att incheckningen tar cirka en och en halv timme. Cirka hundra i kö, kösystemet upplag på koreanska så man fick be om en fysisk kölapp. När man klagar på kaoset får man bara svaret ”det brukar vara så här” och ”ni har valt hotellet själv”. Därefter informerades vi om att det bara var inkluderat frukost för två och att vi skulle få betala på hotellet för vår son. Väldigt konstigt upplägg när man bokat ett rum för tre inkluderat frukost… Det fanns alltså tre sängar men bara frukost för två?! Varför?! Inte heller här gavs en logisk förklaring mer än att man kunde bara få inkluderat frukost för en eller två. Personalen uppgav att vi hade fri minibar varje dag men denna fylldes bara bitvis, så de flesta dagar saknades alltid något. Poolen som uppgavs i samband med bokningen som öppen fick vi först veta på plats, öppnades först i juli? I frukostsalen fick man vara tidigt för att få plats, annars fick man vänta i lång kö utanför och sedan äta riktigt snabbt innan personalen körde ut oss vid 9.30. Frukosten var suverän men man vill ju inte hetsäta. Med andra ord, receptionen är underbemannad vissa tider och dagar, frukostsalen för liten. Avslutningsvis, Busan är en svår stad eftersom där inte finns ett tydligt centrum. Hade vi åkt någon annan tid på året än sommaren hade vi hellre bott i Nampo. Stranden är det enda som talar för denna delen av staden.

Pros:

동급의 외국 호텔과 비교하면 조금 아쉬운 부분은 있지만 여타 호텔과 비교했을 때 나쁘지 않은 수준이었습니다. 체크인도 친절하게 신속히 잘 처리해줘서 감사했고 체크아웃도 셀프 처리하게 되어 있는 부분도 편리했습니다.
조식 식사 때 카페 직원이 매우 친절해서 좋았습니다.
전반적으로 만족하였습니다.

Cons:

객실 내 티슈가 없어 화장실을 왔다 갔다 한 부분은 아쉬웠습니다.

Great hotel in Haeundae Beach
Pros:

It’s in a great location close in Haeundae Beach. Near to the beach, town and coffee shops/bakeries. The room was large and comfortable. Beds were comfortable - somewhat firm mattress which is my preference. Creams, shampoo etc were L’Occitane which made my partner nearly lose her mind as this is her favourite and she was in her element every time she had a shower! The fitness room is clean, bright, fairly large and has good equipment! The staff are very sweet and are very much professional and respectful.

Cons:

We were staying in a hotel in Seoul and compared to that, this hotel is more formal (not necessarily a bad thing). We did not include breakfast with our stay because the price to add on breakfast (at the booking stage) seemed disproportionately high (ie almost the same price as the stay). Again not a big deal, but at the previous hotel in Seoul our TV had streaming so we had gotten into a good Asian drama and we were keen to watch it when relaxing, but the TV in this hotel did not allow streaming. Another one slightly annoying thing is the having to wait to check in. Since all basic check-in is at 3pm everyone is waiting to check in and you have to take a ticket and wait in a queue - ok the wait was not too long, but if check-in was staggered just a little bit then perhaps this would avoid a whole load of people waiting at 3pm.

Superb location, and absolutely value for money!
Pros:

The quadruple room came only with 1 big bed. The floorings were quite hard to sleep on with the futon beds.
