Good location but quite basic facilities which was unexpected given the price
Pros:

Large room but very basic. One queen bed and two sleeping floor mats which were quite thin.
Free minibar which was topped up daily.

Cons:

Basic facilities - we had to ask for an extra shower cap and basic toiletries

Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla spiaggia e alla via principale, con tanti negozi e ristoranti. La metropolitana a pochi minuti a piedi. La colazione non era inclusa ma di fronte c'è una bakery con molta scelta di prodotti dolci e salati

Las vistas, y que las puedes ver desde la bañera….los detalles para limpiar la arena playa con el aire, la sauna jacuzzi, que tienen lavadora en la planta baja desayuno bien… y que está en una playa con muchas olas y muy amplia y limpia

We stayed in 2 Shilla Stay hotels in Korea. The hotel staff are efficient but could do with working on looking a little more obliging and friendly/welcoming. Quite perfunctory. Seemed to be an issue across all members of staff at both hotels.

Bien mais cet incident nous a dérangé

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes avec petit déjeuner pour 4 nuits
L hôtel nous a accordé 3 petits déjeuner pour 3nuits et nous a demandé de payer la 4eme nuit
Nous leur avons montré notre réservation confirmé par booking mais malheureusement il a fallu vous adresser email pour comprendre que nous sommes 3 personnes pour 4 nuits avec petit déjeuner
Et c est après la réponse de booking qu il se sont rendu compte qu il se sont trompé et se sont excusé
Mais malheureusement ça nous a demandé plus de 2h pour faire cheek out alors que nous étions très fatigué
