Great stay
Pros:

Vi havde helt fantastisk beliggenhed til Haeundae strand, og kort til Blue Line Cable Cars - flot hotel, søde medarbejdere og god morgenmad. Dejligt stort hotelværelse 😊

Cons:

Vi boede på 6. Etage og lige udenfor/nedenfor på gaden blev der spillet musik hele dagen, så det kunne høres, med lukkede vinduer, på vores værelse.

Hotel ist gut gelegen, man braucht nicht lange zum Strand und hat auch einige Restaurants in der Nähe.

Posizione accanto ad uno degli harbour più belli e comoda per raggiungere Bexco. Colazione top camera di dimensioni giuste e ottima la pressione della doccia

Cons:

Negli orari di punta si aspetta l'ascensore è un po' seccante ma frequente in hotel così verticali.

Would have been a great deal at half the price.
Pros:

Great buffet, good location if you like shopping but not so much if you like the beach. Great housekeeping service. Nice view.

Cons:

Advertised as having a pool but closed and not published. Gym was disappointing. Pillows not comfortable. Paper cups for bathroom use. Barely any staff interaction.

Un hôtel correct mais trop cher vu les prestations

L’emplacement près de la plage était au top

Cons:

Un hôtel trop cher pour les prestations réalisées. Ils veulent la jouer haut de gamme mais c’est moyen. L’hôtel est bien mais pour le prix, on s’attend à bien mieux ! Un exemple simple mais révélateur, on avait des tasses en carton pour le thé ou café dans la chambre, on a demandé une vraie tasse à l’accueil et elle a dit que ce n’était pas possible ? Elle me l’a dit avec le sourire et politesse mais n’en avait rien à faire d’une demande aussi banale que de donner des tasses à ses clients. Niveau décoration, les murs noirs de l’immeuble sont moches et abîmés par endroit, les fauteuils du lobby sont tachés, la tapisserie de la chambre est mal posée, un pauvre cadre noir moche au dessus du lit… j’aime bien le noir mais quand c’est fait avec goût, ce qui n’est le cas ici. J’avais un cheveux pas à nous collé sur le mur de la douche, le petit déjeuner était ok mais vu le prix, on peut s’attendre à bien mieux. Pour moi le vrai problème c’est la direction de l’hôtel qui est incapable de voir les problèmes de son propre hôtel. Mon commentaire peut paraître dur mais avec tous les hôtels que l’on a fait en Corée c’était l’un des plus chers mais c’était le moins bien. Peut être que c’est l’emplacement qui gonfle le prix

Disappointing overall. When you are paying top dollar I expect more

Only the location and the comfortable bed. The L’Occitane products were excellent

Cons:

Property is in need of major renovation. Our bathroom had water damage and really struggled to close the sliding door. The lighting to enter and exit the property was so dark. Lobby carpet squares a trip hazard. The room did not have glasses or proper china cups to drink your coffee in. I was so disappointed that this hotel is a four star hotel. I wouldn’t even give it a 2 star.
