The location is perfect if you want to stay in Haeundae Beach. The beach is a 2-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. The hotel is clean and modern, and the beds are very comfortable.

Overall, pleasant stay !
Pros:

Location is good ! ……opposite the beach.
Hotel is stylish.
Ms Park from front desk was helpful with
phone charger.

Cons:

unable to charge my phone due to weak power
in my room. Had to borrow charger from hotel …….inconvenient !
Entrance and lifts are very dark !…..need better
lighting.
Check-in staff didn’t have welcoming attitude.

A wonderful hotel in its category on the best beach in Busan.

Clean, nice room, convenient location (I would say the best), all the quality standards of an international four-star hotel are met.

Cons:

The WOWPASS card exchange and top-up terminal for tourists was removed. It was very inconvenient to go to the lobby of the neighboring hotel. If they decided to remove it from the lobby, they could at least have put it on the ground floor, like the LOTTE Hotel in Seoul did.

I definitely had bad luck with the receptionist – the girl was a bit unfriendly. But overall, she wasn't rude, so that's okay.
