Pobyt w tym hotelu był dużym rozczarowaniem i zdecydowanie nie spełnił standardu obiektu czterogwiazdkowego. Po przyjeździe zostaliśmy zakwaterowani w pokoju, w którym panowała niska temperatura, mimo ustawienia grzejników na maksymalną wartość. Po zgłoszeniu problemu w recepcji zaproponowano interwencję techniczną polegającą na odpowietrzeniu grzejników, co uznałem za rozwiązanie nieadekwatne do standardu hotelu, dlatego poprosiłem o zmianę pokoju.

Niestety w drugim pokoju sytuacja była identyczna – brak ogrzewania, zimne grzejniki i niekomfortowa temperatura. Alternatywą miała być klimatyzacja z funkcją grzania, jednak nie udało się jej uruchomić ani samodzielnie, ani przy pomocy pracownika recepcji. Zapowiedziana pomoc techniczna nie została zrealizowana.

Ostatecznie zaproponowano nam użycie przenośnego grzejnika typu farelka. W hotelu tej klasy takie rozwiązanie jest całkowicie nieakceptowalne. Pobyt, który miał służyć wypoczynkowi, wiązał się z ciągłymi interwencjami w recepcji i znacznym dyskomfortem.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego obiektu.
