Modern hotel central to Astorga. On Camino. Clean, comfortable and safe.
Pros:

Lovely clean comfortable room with white bedding and modern decor.
Good ensuite.
Quiet place.
Receptionist extremely helpful and sent recommendations for dinner, breakfast and things to do.
Great restaurant right next door.

Felt very safe.

Poor services, did not clean up the room.
Cons:

Didn't clear the room, didn't remove the garage only removed the dirty towels without replacing the clean towels saying we did not post the cleaning sign out. But we did posted the clean room sign out.
No one was on the check-in counter all the time. The other group of people wanted us to open the main door for them to check-in.

Cons:

We had booked and received confirmation for two rooms, only our native speaker was able, after long discussions on the phone, to get the staff member to come. Then the conversation escalated into “YOU WON’T GET ANY ROOMS!” — masculine toxicity at its worst. Two other pilgrims with us were completely stunned. For pilgrims Find another hotel, and for management, hire a service-oriented employee with foreign Language skills

The hotel was great. I rested really good.
Pros:

Really enjoyed the room. This was my rest day and the hotel lived to a comfortable rest.

Cons:

Eating was difficult. On Monday and Tuesday everything closed early. Even the hotel restaurant was closed.

A great location, excellent staff and good value for money. We’d stay again.
Pros:

We were made feel very welcome at reception and the staff were most helpful. Our room was modern and spotless which makes it hard to understand some of the negative comments about the accommodation.
