Nice location on the river, a bit offside of the crowded area. Restaurant provides also many western dishes and us open during the whole day. Stuff is very kind and gave tips for trips. Also driving services were excellent even though a bit pricier.

Cons:

We had a room at the 2nd floor which smelled very moldy. We were moved to another room which was much better, but still think that hotel has issues with AC filters and mold in the building. Our kids had a room at the 3rd floor which seemed renovated and had no issues with smell.

exceptional stay
Pros:

Everything was exceptional in this hotel. We had a very large room perfectly decorated with chinese furniture and accents, the whaou effect ! The views are spectacular, on the landscape and river . The staff is extremely helpfull and kind ! a very strongly recommended place for lifetime memories. there is a small shop with refined artcraft.

Very good; we rested and enjoyed the pool and the views.
Pros:

Excellent location, English-speaking staff. Clean. Closer to European standards. The restaurant beneath the hotel is excellent. Although it didn't look like much at first glance, it turned out to be one of the best restaurants of the trip.

Cons:

Prices are a bit on the high side, and there are signs on everything stating that if you break something, you have to pay for it; I don't think anyone breaks things on purpose, and such incidents are so rare that the signs aren't really necessary. Laundry service costs extra.

Pros:

Amazing view from our balcony and so great to dip in the pool after a hot day out exploring. The restaurant was also great and had good vegetarian options. Really easy to get taxis into Yangshuo and super helpful staff.

Hotel décevant malgré les bons commentaires

La piscine et le cadre

Cons:

Je critique très rarement le personnel des établissement surtout en asie ou ils sont toujours très agréable.. Mais dans cet hôtel il y avait une réceptionniste (petite présente l'après midi) très désagréable.. Autoritaire... N'aime pas être déranger.. Et avais oublie de nous réserver un taxi.. Nous avons utilisé du coup didi mais elle est venu nous en dissuader prétextant que c'etait impossible resultat didi en 2min.. Ensuite elle nous a déconseillé west street pr manger car il y avait que des restaurant chinois.. Heu c'est le. principe non.. Parce que manger de la. Paelle à yonshuo non!!!! Par contre le reste du personne super... La chambre du rez de chaussee ne sont pas les meilleures par contre.. Et il manque la location de scotter et vélo... La Maison au dessous ne loue que des vélos d'un autre temps.... L'hôtel est qd meme éloigné du centre.

Lovely and relaxing
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in gorgeous calm location by the river. We stayed in the family room which was beautifully decorated and large. The staff were amazing and the food very good with western options if wanted. Also great pool overlooking the river. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfetto!
Pros:

L'albergo è splendido, arredato con gusto e molto curato, il ristorante è ottimo ed il personale si prende cura degli ospiti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. Anche la posizione è ottima: nella natura, lontano dal trambusto della città ma abbastanza vicino da poterla raggiungere a piedi. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di più!
