Really amazing place with great staff. Shame about the incessant screaming kids during our stay.

The staff are amazing.
Food is fantastic.
Family rooms have 2 bathrooms.
Amazing views and setting.

Cons:

A bit far town but that’s the rub with the setting I guess.
The best rooms with views also overlook the pool and a playground - inconsiderate, lazy parents can easily ruin your stay as a result.

Peaceful and beautiful retreat with great pool, wonderful staff
Pros:

Beautiful location, away from the busy center of Yangshuo, mostly very peaceful, fantastic pool in a nice garden. Exceptionally professional and warm reception by Ms. I Li (I hope I write the name right) and staff with great attention to detail. I felt at first a little overwhelmed by the crowds in Yangshuo due to the holiday weekend but I Li and her team welcomed me in such a wonderful way that I enjoyed an unforgettable stay.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage im tropischen Grün am Fluss mit Vogelgesang. Geräumige Zimme mit Balkon und Flussblick. Sehr engagiertes, hilfsbeteites, freundliches Personal. Enige sprechen sehr gut Englisch. Frühstück sehr gut, sowohl asiatisch wie continental, wird serviert. Abendessen, für uns als Vegetarier, auch sehr gut.
Das Hotel hat einen schönen, charaktervollen, charmanten chinesischen Stil.

Cons:

Verbesserungsbedürftig ist aus unserer Sicht die Sauberkeit vorallem im Treppenhaus und der Boden im Zimmer. .

Brilliant
Pros:

We loved everything about this property. The location, our room, the amazing staff. The open pool after a long day of cycling and hiking was also such a treat ! Will def return to this hotel! And don’t skip the food ! Everything we had was awesome but the peppers stuffed with meat was our favourite ! Just to also show how helpful the staff was - my girlfriend had an accident while biking and one of the ladies was kind enough to call the hospital on our behalf and make an appointment since we don’t speak mandarin or have a Chinese number. Brilliant experience throughout ! Can’t wait to be back !

The rooms and view are exactly like the pictures. The views are amazing! Staff is extremely helpful, not only hotel needs but also they help with tourism. Very clean and has a good restaurant with local and international food.

Exceptional stay in a stunning riverside setting, perfect for families
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was simply exceptional. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by the river and breathtaking mountains, creating.
The staff were incredibly attentive, caring, and genuinely kind, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant, and the food was excellent throughout our stay.
What truly made the experience special for us was how family-friendly the hotel is. With a kids’ room, playground, and pool, our daughter had the best time of the entire trip and seeing her so happy made us love the hotel even more.
We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Cons:

Being in such a special and beautiful natural setting does come with a couple of minor downsides, such as the distance to town (a taxi is needed) and the presence of some mosquitoes. That said, these are small trade-offs given the incredible surroundings, and we would gladly accept them again for such a unique and relaxing experience

Perfect place to stay
