Hotel super bien ubicado, con increibles vistas.. a solo 20 minutos caminando del centro. El lugar tenia de todo, juegos para niños, buena comida, increíbles piezas, cómodas camas, desayuno completisimo y gran amabilidad de parte de los trabajadores para agendar tours, y movilidad! La vue est exceptionnelle et le personnel est adorable. Le seul petit défaut est que c’est à 20mn de marche du village et que le soir la route n’est pas éclairée.

Abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno. La struttura è in un ambiente bellissimo e le camere hanno una vista fantastica sul fiume e le montagne. La camera era spaziosa e pulita con tutti i comfort.
Unica sola nota negativa la moquette del corridoio necessitava di una migliore manutenzione.
La struttura è bellissima, la posizione tranquilla e con una vista splendida.
Il personale parla inglese molto bene, questo è un grande plus.
Non è stato facilissimo arrivare alla struttura perché i taxi non riuscivano a capire bene. È fondamentale riferire il nome cinese dell’hotel e non quello che è visibile su booking.
Il personale dell’hotel ci aveva avvisato.

The location is a bit far from West Steet , but the Li River view is opposit very beautiful
Absolutely loved the location outside of West Street (quiet and scenic) and the fact that it was so peaceful. The rooms were large and clean and the hospitality was very kind. They even have scheduled shuttles to West Street that you can take. It’s a nice service even if DiDi is cheap. Great quality for the price.
N/A, everything was quite nice. I would say that it seemed to be catered to a Western audience which took away from the authenticity of the experience but it was still a perfect stay.
Beautiful view from the room and the made to order breakfast was really nice. The staff was also very nice.
Our room had a bathroom with a leaking sink and leaking shower. They came in to caulk the sink again and we didn’t have access to a sink for one night and then we notice the shower was leaking from the bottom over to the sink area. The toilet also got clogged daily. They didn’t offer any compensation for these issues. I also bought tickets for Ruyi mountain from them and was told it was $220 yuan a person and they were charging me $200. When I got there, I found out the tickets were $180. Didn’t like the dishonesty.

Guest Smokers that are given permission to pollute the outside sitting area. The unpleasant smell would rise to our balcony above.
