Location was great. Very central. it was a lovely room very modern clean and you had everything you needed. Right beside the river. Food in the restaurant was great as was the breakfast. Brilliant Value for money. Plus we got to park right beside the hotel for 6 quid. The guy that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Took us to are room and explained everything. The two girls the next morning were very helpful.
For us it was the fan in the room. With the recent high temps the fan really didn’t blow air out. Other than that perfect stay in a great hotel

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was great value for money. The rooms were also beautifully decorated.
My only 'criticism' is that with no air conditioning in the bedrooms, during this heatwave, sleeping was very difficult. The free-standing fan just seemed to blow around warm air. I appreciate that you can't do anything about our unpredictable British weather, but maybe a bit of investment for the future might be the way forward.

Staff at browns are lovely and the breakfast is amazing ,we also had dinner in restaurant very good food ,would highly recommend
The room was very tired we have stayed at this hotel before but in main building , the entrance to our room was outside and wasn't particularly attractive
Very friendly, helpful and a great location. Food was excellent and the half price mains were an added bonus. Also very impressed as they went out of their way to find secure motorcycle parking for me. Lovely city with some cracking walks along the river.

Everything! The location is perfect right next to the river. We were given an apartment and it was amazing - spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we could want. The staff were lovely especially the man who checked us in. The breakfast was gorgeous with a fantastic selection on the menu. One of the BEST places I have ever stayed in.
