Absolutely the best place of yours we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at hundreds!
Pros:

Location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Roman blinds were too short so didn’t block out the light.

Quirky hotel but not very practical.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the staff were great.

Cons:

The room had "silly" tea cups for drinks. These would go with tea pots but there was not one. The room 104 was on the first floor with nice views over the river. However we realised when we went to bed that the outside decking was immediately under our window so due to the noise from people drinking there we were unable to open the window. We thought the bathroom window would help but that was directly next to the outlet fan from the kitchen. As a result both myself and my wife had a poor nights sleep.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel
Pros:

The room was really nice, very clean and well equipped. Theres a coffee machine as well as tea & coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Bathroom was nice too. Lovely view of the river severn. We ate our evening meal here too, good menu and a few specials on for mid week dining. The salmon was lovely and my husband loved the chicken noodles. Breakfast was included and there are again lots of choices, from starters to sandwiches and full English. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we go to Worcester.

Cons:

nothing

It was ok but wouldn’t book again.
Pros:

Nice location on the river and close to Cathedral and shops.

Cons:

Outside is a covered drinking area. This was busy and noisy weekdays until about 9pm but Saturday the music was hideously loud and wasn’t turned off until about 10-30. I think this was unacceptable for a hotel or they at least should make customers aware of this noisy outside space, it’s described as a Boutique Hotel but this noisy area was out of keeping. The upstairs of the hotel looks like it could do with a bit of a refurb. This is only a minor criticism but there was no mirror over the dressing table so impossible to do hair unless you had bought your own mirror. On a positive note, the breakfasts were very nice (dinner not so) and the staff were all very pleasant.

Pros:

Restaurant was plentiful and stylish. Food very good.
Bedding was good quality and the bed was comfortable.
Room was large.
Parking close by once we managed to find a spare parking space.

Cons:

The downstairs of the hotel appeared to be entirely catering for dining guests to the restaurant, as downstairs was completely taken up by set tables with nowhere for staying guests to sit down and relax. No lounge facility.
When checking in after a long drive, we had to wait in a long queue behind diners who stood and waited to be seated in the restaurant as there was no separate checking in desk.
We missed a shaving/make up mirror in the bathroom as lighting was dim in here.
We didn't like to view a gap on the bathroom floor where the floorboard was sticking up.
The lift wasn't working or at least we couldn't get it to work.
