Room was too small brocken furniture shower was awfull kettle terrible limescale. No room to move about.

Reception was friendly and helpful. Overnight storage for our bikes was excellent.

Smart and stylish. Fantastic location. Excellent breakfast. Next door to the car park, extremely friendly staff and we were welcomed with a glass of fizz. We even extended our stay there.

What a fantastic stay at Browns Worcester. Everything was 5 star from the rooms,food and staff . The breakfast was amazing, and we had food both nights in the restaurant which was beautiful. The location is spot on right on the river. Will definitely be staying again. Thank you Browns you are doing an excellent job.

Comfortable bed, friendly staff.
Lights were not working on arrival. Of the 8 in the chandelier, 1 was working well, 1 was working but dim.
Offers to fix it the following day at 10:30 were not appreciated given that meant we'd be getting ready in overly dim light.
One of the sinks also was not working...in general it just felt low effort. Price was extortionate for the quality of the room, everything felt tacky and poor quality whilst trying to 'look expensive'
