Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a riverside building. Wonderful and helpful staff. I was greeted with a glass of sparkling wine upon check-in. The suite and restaurant have stunning views of the river. Everything and everywhere was perfectly clean. 10/10!
There is a public car park only 1 minute away from the hotel.

Good location, pleasant staff . Expected a bit more for the money.

Staff were very pleasant

Breakfast did not open until 08:00 which is too late
Our room had an irritating whistle from outside that disturbed sleep
I was expecting a bit more quality from the food but it was ok

My 90 year old Mum and I had a wonderful three night stay here and would highly recommend it.
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Breakfast selection was fantastic and delicious.
Room was very nice and the beds extremely comfortable.
Fabulous location along the river, and close to all the shops and the Cathedral.
Excellent value
Loved having a tea kettle and fridge in the room, great convenience.

Nothing only slight drawback is the breakfast don't start till 8.00 which does make a rush to get to work on time.
