Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Very well presented, clean with good sized rooms. Staff very welcoming and attentive.

An unexpected treat!
Pros:

It was not only central, but right on the river with lovely walks along the banks into town. The room was very comfortable and the hotel restaurant was a lovely room.

Cons:

No hotel parking, though there were municipal parking lots very nearby that we could use.

Beautiful hotel, would recommend
Pros:

Location was perfect as we had tickets at the Swan Theatre. Hotel was really quaint, unexpectedly so. Beautiful room, very well appointed. I have to say the quality of the bathrobe, towels and toiletries was fantastic. Comfortable bed in a quiet and cosy room on the top floor. The restaurant was lovely, nice atmosphere and beautifully decorated. Parking next to hotel at a cost of £11.20 for 24 hrs. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

If I could mention only one thing. The carpet in the room had frayed around the edges where the dressing table stood, which was a shame.

Everything… the staff were very welcoming the hotel was lovely the breakfast was brilliant and I had a steak ( on steak night ) in the evening which was absolutely delicious and great value for money 😊
