Problem smell inside and outside room at time of visit. Too much (marquee in garden, camper van park on hardstanding to rear, small piece of garden left next to noisy road) squashed in to too little space.
The pub was spotless the staff amazing the food yummy.

The accommodation looked really attractive outside with well kept hanging baskets, and the room was spacious, clean with good attention to detail.
We had the pie in the restaurant, really tasty and good value.
We arrived at 1.30 on a busy Sunday. Nathan greeted us and showed us our room. He made us feel very welcome. We were at a family party - the food and service were exceptional. A wonderful stay in a clean, well appointed room, topped off by a delicious breakfast. You'll definitely want to leave a tip - so take some cash!

Very hot working weekend for my sister and I so we were so please to see a fridge and a large fan in the room. I was clean and comfortable, the food was great and a perfect location for Waterperry Gardens.

We arrived at the Fox & Goat as they were about to close for the evening, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating despite wanting to go home after a long day. The landlord, landlady and their beautiful dog Rocky came over to say hello and were genuinely interested in the conversation. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable with a kettle, fresh cold milk in the fridge and tea / coffee so we could have a hot drink in the morning. For the price it was well worth it whilst visiting family over the festive period. The only constructive feedback I could provide is that we couldn’t work out how to work the extractor fan in the bathroom, which will eventually cause damp (showing a tiny bit on the ceiling), but would definitely recommend

Staff were very friendly. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The room was spotless, a great size with lovely ensuite. The blinds and curtains are great at not letting the light in and very little sound from other rooms.
Bed for us was uncomfortable. The road outside is very busy so can be quite noisy.
