The view of the lake from the restaurant was about the only thing we liked.
This is an old hotel that badly needs updating. It's a tough drive around the steep coast road from Como and parking is tricky. Our room was disappointingly small with old furniture, a cheap and noisy stand-alone aircon unit and an extremely small and awkward bathroom. Staff were indifferent. Breakfast was ok, but otherwise it was definitely not worth the money.

La chambre dispose d'une vue exceptionnelle mais est plus que vieillotte et le ménage laisse à désirer
La tranquillité du lieu, bon restaurant de l’hôtel, proche du quai d’embarcadère ( 15 mn à pied ), ville tranquille avec un petit resto très sympathique près du quai et très belle vue du lac depuis la chambre et du restaurant.
Menu snack notifié dans le livret d’accueil de la chambre qui n’existe pas ??
Manque la climatisation pour ceux qui craignent la chaleur.
Personnel très accueillant, vue incroyable, style années 70, bon restaurant avec vue. Mention spéciale à l'omelette de la dame au petit déjeuner, délicieuse !
Cette vue magnifique le resto top tres bon abordable..le personnel tres sympa..chambre dispo a 10h30..
Hotel simple mais tres propre juste les equipements a revoir ..la douche .petite baignoire il fait 70 degres car pas de clim juste le ventilateur dans la chambre ..pour le prix .au moins la clim !
Le lieu, situé au bord du lac, les chambres avec balcons offrent toutes une magnifique vue sur le lac.
Ensuite, la qualité du service du personnel très accueillant.
Et puis au fil des jours, l’hospitalité de cette formidable famille

Équipements trop anciens, a besoin d une sérieusement rénovation.
Pas de climatisation ou climatisation mobile très bruyante
Hotel sympathique, personnel avenant et francophone, vue incroyable sur le lac, restaurant agréable et bon. Accès et parking garanti pour ceux qui voyagent en voiture, ce qui n'est pas rien au lac de Côme.
Le confort des lits peut vraiment être amélioré, l'un des moins bons de notre séjour.
Rapport qualité prix un peu défavorable comparé aux autres hôtels de notre voyage. prix un peu trop élevé probablement dû à la pleine saison d'été, mais nous avons eu un peu mieux pour moins cher par ailleurs.
Malheureusement aucun accès au lac malgré l'implantation de l'hôtel sur ses rives.

Amazing view, just stunning- from the window/balcony, or even while breakfast/dinner in the restaurant. The hotel has a parking, not big, but we were happy to have a parking space. All the furniture is mid-century, you feel yourself as a movie star😍. The restaurant is one of the best in this area, with a local Italian cuisine and all we tried was really delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful ♥️.
No air conditioning in the rooms - in summer it was really too hot and exhausting. Curtains in the bathroom- could be great to remove them and to install a shower tub.
The hotel is located at a marvellous location. The view from our room/balcony was breath-taking with a full view over Lake Como. The breakfast is good and from the dining room you have a beautiful view over the lake. The staff is very helpful and friendly even when we arrived late at night. There are enough parking places and it's a safe area.
The hotels' interior is a bit outdated and during our stay the airco in our room was not working. For children there is not much to do and the hotel is quite far away from the city centre (which could be a benefit).
Die Lage ist super. Fußläufig ist Torno gut zu erreichen. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sehr sauber.
