Gutes Hotel für 1 Nacht an Top-Lage. Trotz Baustelle ruhig!

Zimmer konnten nur sehr schlecht verdunkelt werden. Kein Restaurant somit kein Zimmerservice.

Mir haben besonders das Zimmer und das sehr reichhaltige Frühstücks-Buffet gefallen.
Im Unterschied zu den Business-Hotels mit funktionaler Einrichtung in Genf, haben das Zimmer und das Hotel einen richtigen Hotelcharme versprüht.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

Les membres du personnel sont gentils et très professionnels. Chambre vaste et calme. Excellent petit déjeuner. Nous reviendrons.

Excellent hotel in great location
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, well cared for and very clean. The room decor was lovely (had a rustique feel to it), and it was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast dining room was very chic with lovely table linens. The hotel staff were fabulous - friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is well located, close to train station, Quai de Mont Blanc, Lake Geneva and restaurants etc.. It was perfect for us, we loved the hotel and Geneva, would highly recommend.

Pros:

We don't often comment on the hospitality, for the most part everyone is helpful if you are kind but when the staff are so nice you have to comment. The reception staff really made our short stay in Geneva exceptional. The hotel was quite nice and for Geneva the price was probably reasonable. It is an expensive city but the hotel provides you with as many discounts as they can.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet Rundumzufriedenheitsgarantie, das Zimmer war sehr schön und blitzsauber. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet übertraf meine Erwartungen bei Weitem. Einfach TOP!

Cons:

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass mein Kurzurlaub zu Ende gegangen ist.

Excellent hotel would recommend
Pros:

Very good location, staff very friendly and helpful both at reception and breakfast. Rooms were spotless and a lovely breakfast provided.

Cons:

I was unaware of building works opposite the entrance to the hotel but, this was no one’s fault and our room was quiet.
One small thing no tea making facilities in the room.

Very comfortable and warm stay. Excellent choice with great value.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and well renovated. Location is right in the center of most tourist attractions and extremely convenient. Within a few minutes to train station. Feels like home where every staff especially Kate @ reception was so friendly and helpful. She understood our needs and make our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was nice and cosy.

Très bon séjour à Genève
Pros:

C'est un super hôtel, très propre et un personnel jeune et moins jeune mais très dynamiques. Très serviable et d'une gentilesse remarquable. Merci pour ce beau séjour à Genève.

Cons:

Un chantier est juste à coté, et les personnes qui y travailles sont très bruyants des le matin très tôt. Ce n'est pas la faute de hôtel et un jour ce chantier sera aussi terminé ;-)
