Pros:

Die Lage, die Nähe zum Bahnhof, aber auch zum Zentrum und der Altstadt ist toll. Das Personal ist super freundlich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Personal ist hervorragend
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich, Hilfbereit und mehr wie zuvorkommend. Jedes Anliegen wurde sofort und mit sehr viel Eifer umgesetzt. Empfehlungen waren sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt das sehr Zentral in einer Ruhigen Seitenstraße. Im Moment eine Baustelle, aber Fenster sind gut isoliert. Zimmer sind riesig und haben einen schönen Charme mit alten freigelegten Steinwänden, schönem Bad. Dusche/Badewannenkombination könnte bei unbeweglichen Gästen schwierig sein. Sollte man erfragen ob es Zimmer ohne hohen Badewanneneinstieg gibt.

Great city base with lovely helpful staff.
Pros:

Bryan on reception was super helpful and very friendly. He was very informative and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is lovely and the omelette chef is very good. Best omelette we have ever tasted!
