Lovely hotel and great staff :)
Pros:

the room was massive, super clean and beautiful. The location was perfect distance from the train station, our flight got in at 11pm so it was ideal. Staff were very kind and helpful.

A lovely stay right near the station. The whole staff were helpful, even getting me some milk my cup of tea in bed.

Fabulous-will go back again for sure
Pros:

Cleanliness and the location. Great breakfast. Rock star staff. Bryan and Noah at the front desk made my day every single day of my stay. The gentleman who manages the breakfast service was also fantastic. I felt very well taken care of…

Cons:

Fridges don’t cool the drinks down much but it’s a common mini-fridge problem

Pros:

Excellent location, quiet street but close to the lake and old town with lots of nearby restaurants. Nice rooms with great air conditioning during a hot time period. Excellent breakfast and servers, plus great, helpful staff at the front desk.
