Perfect stay for one night in Geneve following an amazing ski trip
Pros:

End of a 10 day ski trip. Proximity ton Old Town and the airport was fantastic. Spacious room allowed us to pack and organize ski gear and other luggage. Staff was great! Brian and Dinish were very accommodating and we had great conversations with both of them during their shift on the day of our arrival.

Ottima struttura dotata di una posizione centrale e con personale molto disponibile ed accogliente.
Pros:

La prima colazione è servita fino alle 10,30 ed è molto completa. Servizio estremamente gentile. Possibilità di avere preparazioni espresse, quali uova al bacon, omelette.

Cons:

Purtroppo ci sono numerosi lavori in corso nelle palazzine vicine all'hotel da cui provengono rumore e polvere. Esternamente su strada ci sono dei ponteggi con gli operai al lavoro.

Uitstekend, relaxing
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima en het is vooral de service en de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaar en zijn zoon en het personeel dat heel fijn voelt. Geen enkele vraag was teveel - amicale joviale sfeer zonder de professionaliteit uit het oog te verliezen

Pros:

Уютный, немного старомодный отель из прежней жизни. Металлический ключ на веревочке, обстоятельные семейные завтраки, доброжелательная молодежь на рецепшене…

Cons:

Вокруг отеля затеяна какая-то грандиозная стройка. Все в лесах, грузовиках, в грохоте и лязге. Понятно, что никакой вины отеля в этом нет, но и радости бытия это не добавляет.

Excellent location and very nice little hotel
Pros:

Location and kindness of employers.

Cons:

Bathroom: The shower was missing and the one provided within the tub is very uncomfortable and dangerous to enter
Breakfast: excellent quality and very good service. The warm dishes are ok and the offer could be extended
Room: you may consider to add a coffee machine (Nespresso and capsule - or similar)

Staying in this hotel added value for my trip
Pros:

The staff are so nice that makes guest feel as he is with friends. They respond to any request within very short time, with a big smile. I have stayed in this hotel several time, and each time, they impress me with their excellent hospitality.

Die Lage, die Nähe zum Bahnhof, aber auch zum Zentrum und der Altstadt ist toll. Das Personal ist super freundlich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Personal ist hervorragend
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich, Hilfbereit und mehr wie zuvorkommend. Jedes Anliegen wurde sofort und mit sehr viel Eifer umgesetzt. Empfehlungen waren sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt das sehr Zentral in einer Ruhigen Seitenstraße. Im Moment eine Baustelle, aber Fenster sind gut isoliert. Zimmer sind riesig und haben einen schönen Charme mit alten freigelegten Steinwänden, schönem Bad. Dusche/Badewannenkombination könnte bei unbeweglichen Gästen schwierig sein. Sollte man erfragen ob es Zimmer ohne hohen Badewanneneinstieg gibt.
