No good at all at all

Close to airport but truly roughing it!
Pros:

We had three rooms for our party. One member's bathroom door got stuck and he couldn't get out. Worse, the handle on his shower popped off, and water was gushing out all over the place. He was screaming through the little bathroom window and thank God another in our party heard him and got staff, who eventually popped the handle off his bathroom door and got him out. When we arrived a generator was running in the open area with fumes and noise coming up to our floors. It turns out that was how the 1st and 2nd floors received electricity. So, they forced our 2nd floor party couple to move to 3rd floor to have electricity without the generator, which shut off for about 30 minutes. Then it got dark and the generator was on again. We had no hot water and even no water at all for 2 periods while the shower handle in neighboring room was being fixed. I mentioned that we should receive a partial refund for our troubles but no help was received from the manager.
