It’s bad when irresponsible managers work in hote

I booked a room at Hotel Genevieve
Biashara, Nakuru, Kenya through the hotels.com online service on February 20 to February 21 and paid through the card visa + hotels.com bonuses.
When I arrived on February 21 in the evening
Hotel genevieve
Mashindo street off Kanu street Nakuru, Kenya, the hotel administrator immediately stated that they had no room for me in the hotel.
When I showed them the confirmation letter to hotels.com. to my email, the hotel administrator accused the hotels.com online service that they did not warn them about my arrival today.
When I asked at least to give Wi-Fi for 5 minutes to look for another hotel, they said that their Wi-Fi did not work.
So I stayed at night on a street in an unfamiliar city.
I was helped by a taxi driver who connected me to wi-fi so I booked another hotel ...
Please return my money from the card + hotels.com bonuses spent for this reservation.
