Pros:

Worst experience of my life. I told the receptionist that they had bugs on the bed, all he said was ok. The check out time is at 10am and not one staff informed me until I checked. The phones were not working, no elevator and our rooms were on the sixth floor. No AC, no fans. I had to walk down (no phone) to yell at the receptionist because the rooms were extremely hot and no air circulation. Just the worst experience
