Management would not accept hotel.com prepaid booking. Maddening. No sympathy, no explanation. Just won't accept. I had to pay in person. So, I ended up paying twice. I will be contacting hotel.com in pursuit of a refund.

Jeg hadde først bestilt og betalt for 2 netter men endret til 3 før jeg ankom. Da jeg sjekket inn ville de at jeg skulle betale for oppholdet... De ga seg etterhvert. Men da jeg sjekket ut mente de at jeg kun hadde betalt for 2 netter. Hadde ikke tid/mulighet til å få sjekket da så måtte betale for den ene natten de påsto manglet. Imidlertid viser det seg at jeg hadde rett og har nå betalt 2 ganger for en natt... Ikke bra!
