Old furniture in the flat; lack ventilation and hence you need to switch on lights even during the day. Plumbing needs massive repairs.

The check in was smooth and the room is spacious enough for me. The facilities in the room including cooking are good and I shall return on my next trip to Nairobi.
The perfect place for a short or long stay in Nairobi. Apartments are cozy and spacious, comfortable and clean. Jessie was warm, communicative, and helped out with whatever I needed, as were other staff. Location is perfect, it was extremely convenient that Sarit Centre is down the block, with groceries and absolutely anything else you might need. The pool was a nice treat, I loved my daily evening swim before sunset.

Apartments are very dated and not too many options at the restaurant. The kitchen had some stinky stuff when I opened the cabinets and the cooking gear didn't seem fit to be used for food preparation.
This place is nice, but basic. No frills. There were a few things that were amiss. For example, when you arrive in the space, there is someone already in the place. They will be your housekeeper for your stay, but it is a little weird to walk into your space and already see someone inside. There was a broken glass in the kitchen and an unzipped pillow on the couch. The bistro is slow, and the staff seemed confused, not knowing the prices of coffee and although there is an all day breakfast, it only goes till noon. That being said, its an ok place. If you are going to have a long stay, this might be the place for you. The staff is friendly and helpful. This would not be the place for a short vacation.
