Great rooms, facilities, and staff!
Pros:

This was such a lovely, quaint place in the middle of the city that feels like a big family building rather than a hotel. Staff is top notch and attentive, the pool is great for the kids, breakfast is lovely, and the rooms are comfortable and extremely clean. Sorofi, our housekeeper, was the single largest contributor to the happiness of our stay.

Hidden Gem best experience
Pros:

We stayed as a family. The staff went beyond and above to make our stay comfortable. We definitely recommend as you have swimming pool.and roof top restaurant, gym all in one. The apartment is also.massive give everyone feel.of home away from home.

It's been an amazing 2 weeks at Clarence .
The depth in hospitality, quality of meals, proactive team and hands on customer service underscores the efforts Clarence has put in to ensure there's an all around satisfaction.
Shout outs to the following;
Mercyline and Maureen at the front office for their willingness and flexibility to support.
Fortunate at the Restaurant for her hard work and resilience.
Atieno at the conference has been superb.

I stayed at this hotel for 15 days, and the experience was quite mixed. While the staff offered genuinely warm and attentive service, the overall hotel standards weren’t as high as I expected. The property has a confusing blend of modern features alongside areas that feel noticeably old, which affects the overall ambiance.

My room was cozy and comfortable, but the food was mediocre and didn’t meet the level of service the staff provided. With a few improvements especially in consistency, upkeep, and dining quality; the hotel could offer a much better experience.
