Pros:

The hotel was quite and nice with help full staff..

However I was informed to add money to what I had already paid since they revised the rates while I was booking which beats me I booked with available rates so if it increased after I booked why did it affect me...I should have settled elsewhere with the rate I paid

Paramount hotel meru review.
Pros:

Experience was good. Only problem I had was payment. As I had to pay twice for my stay. Once at the facility itself and on the online platform at the time of booking. Please ensure you consult with hotels on your site on your payment terms and conditions.

Doppelte Bezahlung verlangt
Pros:

Als wir auschecken wollten, verlangte die Frau an der Rezeption erneute Bezahlung, obwohl wir die Rechnung bereits bei Buchung über expedia.de bezahlt hatten. Es folgte eine mindesten halbstündige Diskussion, die erst dadurch beendet wurde, dass sich die Chefin des Safari-Unternehmens, über das wir unser Auto gebucht hatten, aus Nairobi telefonisch eingeschaltet hat. Auch danach erhielten sowohl wir als auch das Safari-Unternehmen immer wieder Mails mit der Aufforderung, endlich die Übernachtung zu bezahlen, man habe von expedia nichts erhalten. Mein Herweis, sie mögen sich bitte an ihren Vertragspartner expedia wenden, wurde ignoriert. Offensichtlich hat man dort keine Ahnung, wie Buchungen über ein Online-Portal ablaufen. Ansonsten für den Preis, verglichen mit Hotels in Nairobi, ehr unterduchschnittlich.
