Disappointing
Pros:

My stay in Cool breeze Hotel, was disappointing. I was asked to pay extra amount for AC. Which was already payed for on Hotels.com. I was told if I do not pay the extra cost for air conditioner they will not check me in. I paid it and asked Hotels.com for a refund, unfortunately the Hotels.com was also not helpful in my case.

Pros:

Mombasa is HOT! They have A/C and while it is not real powerful it was a life saver and adequate! The cleaning staff was great especially Pamela who did so much for us! I would rate it highly for the type of hotel
