My stay at Capital Heights Hotel Nairobi was very good and truly enjoyable.
Pros:

They provide delicious food and breakfast at a reasonable price. I like their mixed tea with milk. The hotel is a quiet environment, favourable for resting and your work or anything that requires a quiet environment. They have very kind and helpful staff, @Faith or Maria, Veronica and Sara and others.

Cons:

I didn’t dislike anything at all—everything was great.

The place is worthy staying since its a cool place , so clean with good customer care n food service available on time t

The cool environment outside especially the garden rest place was very nice n interesting

It was difficult to clean up after using the toilet because there was no tap or even a cup to draw water for personal cleaning.”

Agréable malgré la communication, le changé su tarif et les tracasseries lors du paiement au cash

Le confort de la chambre même si la tv ne marche

Cons:

Le personnel ne fait aucun effort de communication surtout avec l'obstacle de langue car les filles ne parlent que l'anglais.
La Direction doit former le personnel en français, espagnol et portugais pour assurer une bonne communication
Les tarifs ont changé car le tarif a la réservation n'est pas le même lors du paiement.
Vous avez annoncé recevoir en cash mais la réceptionniste a presque refusé de recevoir du cash lors de mon. Paiement

Pros:

We chose this hotel for its location to suit our plans. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money. The hotel is dated but perfectly adequate for a short stay in this part of Nairobi.

I enjoyed my stay here and could be back again
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable to stay in. There was a restaurant just beside it which made it easy to get food.
The location was perfect. It's a small and cozy place.

Cons:

The type of shower in the bathroom was not easy to use at all but I managed it. It's either very hot or very cold but I needed warm water.
