Pros:

The room was clean, but some maintenance needs to be done. Some of the staff were very good and some I feel need some more training such as the staff at the front desk.
The food was not good.

Mediocre hotel
Pros:

Mediocre hotel, in need of some refurbishment and care. Rooms are okay and fine for a night or two, but the beds are quite small in length, so not overly suitable for 5'5" and over. Food was okay. Pool did not look hygienic, so I didn't use it, which was a shame. Management are a bit disorganised.
Also, make sure you lock your room, the manager (or someone in a management level) felt it was okay to unlock my room and walk in, half a second after a knock. Very scary and unpleasant for a single female traveller.

Pros:

Das Hotel gilt als gut.
Ich hatte im Bad kein Licht oder nur eine grüne Lampe. Tovels fehlten. Dann bekam ich ein neues Zimmer. Dort lief der TV nicht und beim Berühren vom Lavabo fiel es von der Wand! Das wurde dann rasch geflickt aber es hinterlässt ein wenig gutes Gefühl für dieses Hotel.
Andererseits ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Pros:

The people are wonderful, but they have the following issues:

1) The wifi was unavailable in the rooms and spotty in the lobby.
2) The good was not very good and the steaks were very tough.
3) The wast staff in the restaurant were slow, even for Africa.
4) The beds were very hard.
5) A friend of mine who walked up I the spot got a better rate than I received with Hotels.com.
6) No air conditioning.

Again, the people were outstanding!. I NEED the internet though because my business is 100% online. Therefore, im. It sure I could recommend them in the future.
