Great staff!
Pros:

Very chic hotel. Great location, close to transport. Good size room, facing the square-animated at all times! Street noise gone once the window was closed so no issue there. Very clean room.
The staff were brilliant. They were happy to accommodate our requests (e.g. coffee before breakfast at a very early time, help with invoicing, baggage storage etc). They always smiled and were polite. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

Cons:

On the pricey side, but very good value compared with similar hotels in the same area.
I can't see any other downside.

A hotel I would stay again
Pros:

I stayed in the hotel in 2017 and decided to stay there again. It was a very good decision because it did not fail me. The whole staff from the front desk to the cleaning ladies were very attentive to your needs. The breakfast was very good. I recommend the place highly.

Wir haben ein Uprgrade des Zimmers erhalten. Alles war sauber und sehr schön! Auf das Frühstück haben wir uns wirklich jeden morgen gefreut! :-)

First of all, the location in Lisbon is fantastic, and the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The room was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

But what really made this hotel stand out was the amazing staff. From the moment we checked in, we felt incredibly welcome and well taken care of. The little welcome gift of pastel de nata and ginjinha in the room was such a thoughtful and lovely touch.

And the breakfast was absolutely fantastic! There was a great variety of delicious options, including a wonderful buffet.

The staff truly make this place what it is — they completely own it! Their hospitality and attention to detail made our stay even more special.

If I ever return to Lisbon, I would 100% stay here again.

Highly recommended!
