It was fantastic.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to liberty avenue and not far from the airport. So many restaurants around the hotel and public transport readily available always. The staffs very helpful.

Super hébergemenent à recommander.
Pros:

- Chambre, très belle, propre et fonctionnelle dans un hôtel bien centré.
- Le personnel est super et se fend en quatre pour les clients.
- Il est toujours à l'écoute, de bons conseils et aux petits soins pour eux.
- Nous avons également apprécié qu'il soit polygtotte et parle français ce qui arrange bien des choses.
- Petit déjeuner copieux.
- Un grand merci à tout le personnel qui nous a rendu notre court séjour, très agréable.

Cons:

- L'accueil en terrasse en soirée qui est moins conviviale. La terasse n'est pas prisée. Dommage, car Le personnel fait ce qu'il peut avec la situation.
- Vibrations des trams dans la chambre et bruit des fêtards sur la place derrière l'hôtel.

Would recommend and would stay again
Pros:

Excellent staff. Beautiful decor. Fabulous breakfast. Spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Not the absolute best area ( though a great bar over road at Me Gusta). But don’t let that put you off its only a 15 min walk down to the main downtown bar / restaurant area. Also excellent spot to grab a taxi from.

Excellent renovated historic Lisboa hotel on the flat
Pros:

We were grateful for the room upgrade, had a beautiful view of the castelo out of our bedroom window. Friendly helpful staff and excellent amenities and breakfast. Really appreciated the mini fridge, kettle and tea/coffee in the room.

Cons:

Nothing not to like - would happily have stayed longer

Pros:

Zimmerupgrade erhalten! Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück mit vielen Optionen, nah an Metro gelegen. Gegenüberliegend super Restaurant für Meeresfrüchte (Ramiro).

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Cool funky room. Very clean and comfortable. The area is in transition but we felt safe and had good access to transportation. The staff were spectacularly pleasant and helpful.
