昔一度利用しましたが　リニューアルして変わらず　お部屋、温泉共に　とても良かったです。ただちょっと困ったのが　スパで疲れを取ろうとマッサージをお願いしたら、今まで経験したことないくらいの弱い力。まだお若く可愛らしい頑張っている子に　何度も強く、、と言えず。やっぱりホテルでやっていくには指導側もきちんとチェックや確認をしてお客様のお相手をさせるべきでは？と　若い方ではなく、ホテル側、スパの責任者に疑問を感じました。フロントに言って３０分くらいベテランの方にやっていただく対応をしっかりしていただけたのは感謝です。　でもそれだけ一泊二日の中でお時間をマッサージに長く使ってしまいました。今後の改善に期待いたします。ありがとうございました。

Highly recommend to anyone who wants an amazing experience. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were confortable. The staff attentive, nice and polite. The food was delicious.

Ultra modern Japanese style with warm welcome and super friendly, kind and professional staff, located in a stunningly beautiful mountain/forest environment.
Breakfasts and dinners are simply incredible quality and an impressive variety of dishes are provided in private dining rooms, so with spectacular rooms.
Private Onsen are beautiful and well worth booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
The rooms are very spacious and wonderfully equipped with their own hot spring bath on the terrace area, out door showers and the most luxurious specification.
All drinks, snacks, mini bar and post Onsen refreshments are included on a help yourself basis.
Undoubtably the most relaxing experience with food and service that will blow you away.
Highly recommended for at least 2 nights, preferably longer if you can manage it!

A very nice hotel with a gorgeous environment. The open-air bath is excellent, and the entire atmosphere is calm and relaxing. While the staff speak limited English, it’s clear they are doing their best to provide outstanding service and a memorable experience.

If you’re driving, be sure to follow the address from Google Maps rather than the one listed on Expedia. I was misdirected and ended up driving an extra 15 minutes through narrow residential roads in the area.

All the staff members are incredibly friendly. Although some of them had limited English skills, they made every effort to communicate effectively with us. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of them. The building is very new, and the view was stunning—especially with the tall green trees, which added to the cool and tranquil atmosphere. I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again.

We (two adults with our 13 years old daughter) have been there for two nights. Welcome was very friendly. A pickup from the train station to the hotel is included. We booked a premium C-level room. Plenty of space. A mixture of japanese and western style. One bedroom can be used for two tatami beds. The other bedroom had two queen beds. Plus a large bathroom, a living room and a balcony on the third floor inclusive of an onsen spa. Drinks from the fridge a included. We also got japanese slippers and kimonos. The Kaiseki dinner is in the room rate included. The dinner is served in private rooms. Overall a fantastic expirience. We truly recommend this hotel.

館内どこも綺麗で、細やかなサービスが充実しており、ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。娘も大満足でまた訪れたいお宿でした。

The hospitality exceeded my expectations

酒店房間很漂亮乾淨，住了幾天很舒適，但可惜了…員工非常粗心大意，住了3晚，每晚都能出錯一次，不是大清早按門鈴送錯東西，就是收拾房間把客人東西收掉…..投訴也沒用，員工聽不明白英語阿…另外餐廳的食物也一般般，試過很多家5星級溫泉酒店的晚餐，這家的是最一般和給的食物比較廉價的，另外房間洗澡水壓真的很小…除了這幾個問題，酒店房間是真的很乾淨舒服的

The service, environment, and food are really pre-eminent. Many staff can speak English that easily to communicate with foreigner.

Great food, amenities, atmosphere, and service! If you have a food allergy please make sure to remind them right before the meal. They forgot I had an allergy and I ended up needing to take medicine for it. Worked out ok for me but could have been a lot more dangerous for others. Other than that everything was PERFECT though!

The property is modern and quiet; perfect place to wind down from the hustle and bustle the Tokyo and Kyoto/Osaka leg of our trip. The hotel kindly picked us up from the Hakone-Yumoto station via shuttle.

Our first kaiseki experience was phenomenal and the staff was very accommodating to the last minute dietary requests of our group. One of the nights, we were accidentally served venison instead of beef and would not have noticed unless the staff hadn’t apologized and asked if we wanted to be served the beef. Having already finished the course without notice (the venison was delicious) we declined since we were getting pretty full at this point.

Our room was on the 1st floor and it was perfect; nice and spacious. My only critique is the smell within the corridor of the 1st floor. It smelled a little damp/moldy, but very minor inconvenience. Overall, a lovely 2-day stay.
