Holiday Vibes in Austin
Pros:

We live in San Diego, our son is a student at UT Austin. We came to visit over Christmas and new year and decided to try a new location. Kasa seemed intriguing and worth a chance. The day of check-in we were notified that the water heater in our unit had failed, but they would make things right by moving us to another unit. I admit the situation made me a little skeptical, but we went with it and checked in to what I consider a fabulous room in an ideal location in downtown Austin! A room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. We were walking distance to everything downtown Austin offers and only a few minutes from our son’s apartment north of the university. Over the next five years while our son is working on his PhD, we plan to make Kasa a frequent stay!

Great stay at Kasa
Pros:

Very enjoyable stay and we really loved staying at the Kasa 2nd Street.
Very cool building in a GREAT location that was so close to ACL Live.
The apartment was very nice, super clean and VERY comfortable!

Great experience while visiting Austin
Pros:

Kasa was amazing. Amazing view and space for a couple retreat to explore Austin and visit COTA. Even if there was no direct front office, kasa team was helpful and answered any question I had.

Best place to stay in Austin !!
Pros:

Apartment was very clean. This the only place we will stay in Austin. The only issue we had was first arriving when we tried to get in from the parking garage. Once we made it to the room and had our cards we had no trouble in and out of the building.

This was my first time in Austin and staying at a Kasa location. I was a little nervous about the virtual check in but it was so easy and the property was in a great location of the city. The property was clean and amenities were perfect just like staying at home. The view was incredible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Austin.

Not sure what the VIP access included? The property was highly secure, which actually made some aspects "challenging"! Entry/exiting the building, elevator and parking were all by card. The room itself was VERY basic but clean. Beds were very comfortable. Had a cool view since the den area is all windows. Received a notice/text message on Saturday night at 10:30 while in the room playing a board game, for noise disturbance??!! Yet I was awakened around 2 am to people laughing and talking.

The view was much nicer than expected. I really liked the high ceilings - it made the space feel a lot bigger. It was awesome to have a full kitchen, even though I didn't use it this time. The pool area was very nice as well.

The room was clean but looked a bit tired in some areas. And while the parking instructions were incredibly detailed and were the only reason I was able to navigate it, it would still be nice to have an easier and more simple way to get in and out of the property.
