Not up to a normal standard…one of the worst stays we have experienced.
Pros:

It suited us that there were 2 bedrooms

Cons:

The unit hadn’t been cleaned on our arrival or the beds changed.
The towels were dirty, smelly and frayed.
The floor was sticky and dirty.

I enjoyed a peaceful restful week looking at the sights around Tamworth and this apartment was good
Pros:

Great cafe across the road for meals from 8 am to 8 pm.
The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean.
Lots of space in the apartment.

Cons:

In a good position, easy to get to Main Street by car.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Separate bathrooms and ground floor as requested. Bathrooms a good size.

Cons:

Very disappointed on arrival. Not at all like photos on website. Couch was like sitting on a park bench so firm. Could feel cigarette burns in couch through the covers. Didn’t dare take them off to look.
Had no idea that there were adjoining rooms to the living area that were not booked. Was very confusing on arrival wondering if we were sharing a common kitchen/lounge area.
Split system heating did not work. Had a fan heater that was thankfully put on prior to our arrival. Thank you Cindy. Needed to use additional fan heater provided in one of the bedrooms to heat the living area.
Cobwebs in the kitchen cupboards.
No bed side lights.

Pros:

Very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. They even responded to a question on a public holiday. This property is well able to accomodate groups on motorcycle trips and understand what works and what doesn't. Happy customer.

Pros:

Apartment in need of a bit of TLC but was suitable for our family group of 5 in Tamworth for family reunion. It was clean and had everything we needed. Short drive in to town and restaurants

Good could be better
Pros:

These apartments could be amazing spacious & everything you could need in there .. Quiet area which was lovely. our only disappointment was they def needed maintenance on the property and our apartment was not the cleanest regarding floors, bathroom and kitchen utensils. We left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived. Even the pool area was full of cobwebs, lose pavement and pool was not clean. It is not a budget apartment and we write this review with regret and honesty.
Cindy the host was a great in communication and we appreciated the prompt responses from her in acknowledging our disappointment and appreciate the communication with checking in and out.
