Pros:

The property has a large safari themed pool including water slides. Property was immaculate and staff unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly. Our room faced the pool and ocean and provided a nice view. Cleaning staff was efficient and thorough. My only complaint about the room is that only a couple of plugs were useful for charging. The buffet/selected item breakfast is a must. Again, highly attentive staff and special requests are taken. I highly recommend.

Lovely place but...
Pros:

Pool is not so clean enough as we found a lot of mold on any cornes and steps! Windows and door glasses has been never cleaned, specially from outside. Even in the wáter foset lavatory we founded mold. Imposible to beleived after viewed a lot of workers in the hotel. Somebody has to take the responsability for all the cleaning.

The person in charge didn’t explain that the bathroom stuffs are only free upon arrival( toiletries. )
Housekeeping was only once and didn’t came back
We are hoping that next time the staff will explain everything upon arrival

The photos of this property online did not reflect the actually property. The property was littered with garbage on the floor and in the swimming pool. The pool was so over crowded with small children and adults that we couldn't swim. The did not provide pool towels, the elevator was "out of service" so we took the stairs. No hot tub or jacuzzi, the bar and billards was "out of service" the water activites were not available, the beach was closed and littered with trash anyway. Our room (executive suite for 3) only had one double bed. The room was dirty and in need of repair. The wifi was "unavailable" and we could not use our credit card here because the "machines" were down. We arrived at 10:30am and was told we could check in early, we ended up checking in at 1:30pm, and decided at 1:45pm to leave. It took us until 3:45 to check out because the system was down. If you want to waste time 2.5 hr drive +18.000.00 peso this is the place for you

Paradise for kids
Pros:

I really loved it here! The place is great, even luxurious I would say. Must be perfect with kids! Really wish I had a chance to stay longer.

Good hotel - better than average
Pros:

Great restaurant for evening meals but breakfast menu poor.

Great location and clean rooms apart from bedding needs changing every 2 or 3 days not more.

Staff are young, inexperienced and need more training.

New Years event was poorly advertised and badly managed.

With better leadership this would be a great place.

I give 3.5/5
