I made the mistake not reading the reviews first. I was fooled by the rooftop pool and the misleading pictures. The pictures showed modern looking rooms, our room was very dated. The rug must have been 20 years old and it showed. The furniture was old but useable. The carpets made us feel dirty. The bathroom had grime on the seals.
The electrics need to be checked. I reported the lamp having a pin missing in the plug, he just put it back into the wall socket.
Check in was easy even though there is no reception. Someone met us in the foyer of the hotel which joins the apartment.
No room service unless requested. I got told off for leaving a sealed bag of rubbish outside the door and asked where does any hotel do that, ( every hotel I have ever stayed at ), he was angry because he got fined by the hotel.
Location is perfect, the pictures of the shopping mall, pools, gym etc all take away the focus on the property. This is misleading. The few pictures of the property show a modern look which we did not get.

The service provided is excellent.
When l arrived the bottom of the iron was covered with burn clothing stains, the electric kettle also had lot of stains (the keeper did buy new appliances and replaced).
My bookings 72885445921600 & 72887433870248 (2 nights), check-in on Friday and on Sunday morning at about 1.30am the air-con had loud squeaking sound, l woke up, off it and a while later on it again, it seems ok, l went to sleep again and at 2.35am the squeaking sound started again, l woke up off the air-con and re-start again a while later but this time the squeaking sound remained. l am forced to off the air-con and at 3am l woke up, washed and changed because the room was getting stuffy and hot (all windows are sealed), l
With more than 50 years of travelling this is my worst experience.

Had to wait for hours while reception tried to work out where sky apartments were
There was no coffee making things and the towels they provided had a hole big enough to fit my head
Did not like how the staff responded to the mistake made during the checkin and how the staff actually replied back and call me stupid in respond to the checkin review. Extremely unprofessional.
I believe it is just this one particular staff with bad attitude. Other than that the stay was alright.

Great area to stay. Close to shopping, monorail, electronic sales and other places.
Shopping centre has many eating areas and varied prices from very cheap to reasonable prices. The monorail gets you to Sentral train station and from there you can travel just about anywhere in KL. Sentral station also has an express to the airport. Easy to use even for people like us who do not use public transport.
Kualar Lumpur is a great place to break a long trip from Australia to Europe or returning to Australia. It ie great staying between 3 and 4 days before heading off.
The location was great - right on top of a nice mall with lots of food options and easy access to monorail. The apartment was spacious and quiet, but slightly dated - safe was not working and TV was a little small. Also, this is not a hotel, so check-in/out were different, and little conveniences of a hotel were missing - like no hand towels, hand soap and coffee, and no help with luggage. Bed was a little too firm. BUT you get a lot of room and a nice view from high up. Overall - excellent value for money!
Superbly awesome view of KLCC. Facilities are top notch and the room is comfortably cosy.. will definitely come back again.
Everything is great except the tip of bathtub spoilt, unable to switch it to spray for room 43-17.

Great central location, monorail right outside hotel. Large shopping center between the 2 towers with indoor theme park. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has access to a big mall and many shopping centre. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are OK, except that the bed should be more comfortable. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
