The in house food is very nice and value for money

The staff not helpful at all. My taxi pulled up and no one to help with luggage, bought it all in my self. To then have about 6 staff members behind the till chatting and eating and I had to wait to be severed. I wasn’t shown to my room was just told the number. Again, took my own luggage. Booked for 3 adults and I was given a double bed only. When I asked for a mattress they charged 30Rm even though I paid for 3 adults. When they bought up a mattress it was so thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. Anyways thank god it was only a few hours as our flight was early morning. Only good thing is location. Free shuttle to the airport and it was 2 mins away.

Runway view from hotel is the best

Located next to airport (50 meter only). Clean room. reasonable price

Shower is not working properly, air conditioner is not working properly, bath tub is not working at all. The entrance door is of sliding type, but it is too heavy to slide. There are holes in the floor inside the room, you can see the ground through them...

This place is walking distance from the airport: just exit, turn right and go straight on till you see the "hotel" sign.
It's really cheap! We paid 30 euros for our room, breakfast included.
The person at the helpdesk really tries to help if you ask for things.
It's not the cleanest place ever, but it's decent and the building seems new or recently redecorated.
There's A/C, a tv and Wi-Fi in the room (not even so bad, we were downloading at about 2MB/s which means it has to be like a 20Mb connection).
Breakfast is ok, you can try some actual local food or just bread butter and jam (they are a bit late though, not ready at 7 am, so make sure you are not in a hurry or specifically ask them to be on time).
Would book again for a one night stay between flight and ferry.

Understood this is a brand new establishment in operations. I think it is set up as the name indicates, a transit hotel. O&G staff probably on their way or back from offshore platforms seem to be the niche here.

Stayed at this hotel as transit to go to one of the beautiful Terengganu islands. This would mainly be applicable for those who comes into Terengganu via flights.

Has a spacious carpark and a wonderful front seat view of the airport and its runway. Walking distance to the airport thus ample facilities, food and beverages options available. There is no direct walkway though thus has to walk through the airport carpark.

The service here is exceptional and friendly. The breakfast is basic but sufficient. The hotel restaurant known as Ketapang Cafe provides delicious local food albeit slightly on a higher side price compared to one can get at the ubiquitous warungs around KT. Provide airport transfer service, complimentary. Staff are more than happy to provide them if they know you're heading to the airport.

Has a kampung sense to the whole ambient. The reservation process seems at its infant stage though. The website provides bare information.

Overall a good option for those looking for transit in Terengganu that involves flying.

The accomadition is not sufficiently. The hotel management should be consider to provide tea or coffe sachets with cup and electric kettle in the room.

Close to airport with made to order a la cart food

I arrived to TGG at night, and I had to leave to Redang island at early morning.
So I stayed at the hotel.
It is located near by Airport, but the way to hotel from airport was a little bit scared.(So dark way).
I could see airport and airplane in my room.
Staffs are so kind, they helped us to contact to our driver.
Breakfast was not bad.
I think It was special case, There was school event. Children were shouting and running out of my room at the night and early morning. So I couldn't sleep well.

A new hotel really near to airport. We can see flight touch down and take off from our room.
even so its quite far from town.
