The service deserves a special mention. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. It’s clear they take pride in hospitality.
For leisure, the hotel is well-equipped: there’s a lovely outdoor pool, a spa and a fitness center, so everyone in the family had something to enjoy.
Overall, this was one of the best family stays we’ve had. If you want a luxurious, calm, vegetarian-only haven under the Marriott Bonvoy banner, the Sheraton Grand Palace Indore is absolutely a top choice I left with beautiful memories and will definitely be back.

We hosted a family birthday dinner and it was such a wonderful experience. Each staff member was very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Pankaj and Ms. Khushboo for an amazing service, and to the Pastry chef for rescuing our cake.

Super hospotality from staff...very good food ..very clean and neat property well maintained..swimming area well maintained

We had a very good time at the sheraton. The team was amazingly well. They made sure everything was perfect . It was my birthday and the 2 days were most memorable one . They made sure we were very comfortable. They arranged a table with balloons and complimentary snacks at dinner for us.

The food was just amazing. Lot of healthy options. Masala oats, daliya upma, Pongal and paratha very tasty. Chef made sure to ask about my daughters likes and dislikes.

The rooms were very spacious, clean and lot of cupboards for 2 Day stay so no clutter.

Tanishk and preet were very responsive and helping.

The lobby and location is superb
