Excellent property, good location, facilities are nice and the rooms have everything you need

Staff very good. Room small and heating didn’t work very well. Shower not very powerful and operating the room on an iPad was annoying. Overall I think the hotel is expensive

It was so "techy, techy" in the rooms and so much fun. The staff so unbelievable nice and everywhere was very clean.
It was in a more remote location, so on the weekends hard to find other places to eat besides the hotel, but the hotel food was amazing, so that was a bonus.

It was a relief to arrive at CitizenM! Everything had gone wrong on my trip and arrive here to be welcomed by Rosie’s smile and help was wonderful. A great experience from dining, the ambiance and my room. A restful night sleep and ready for a new day! Thank you citizenM staff! You were all fantastic!

AC not working (during a heatwave in the city) - staff just apologised and did nothing to resolve the issue. Was offer 50% refund - which frnakly should have been 100% as I was not able to sleep. Will not be staying at any citizenM hotel in the future.

Convenient location to metro and stadium. Excellent, welcoming staff. Room was small but very clean and comfortable, including the beds - great for a couple of nights or those who don’t hang out in their rooms much. iPad conveniently controlled everything in the room - blinds, lights, TV. Nice breakfast. Wonderful, spacious and inviting common space on the 1st floor. My only wishes were: 1) the room to include music options, 2) the AC to work better. We had it set to high and the coldest temperature which should’ve been 64.5 degrees F; the actual temperature was closer to 70-72. Other than the AC, the stay was great and I’d stay again.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The staff was great! It was very convenient to walk to the shopping center for food! The cleanliness was 100%, I would definitely stay here again if I come back to visit!

The stay was very comfortable. The area is a cool area right next to the sports arena. The metro is less than 10 minutes away and the metro lines take you into Paris in about 10-15 minutes which no time at all considering the actual distance the hotel is from the city center. The lines run late at night as well so you don't have to worry too much if you want to stay in the city center a little later.

There was one issue where I charged an extra $700 upon checkout, but that was remedied when I contacted citizenM customer service about the charge. My only suggestion is make sure we're careful in the future to avoid charging costumers such a large sum of money, especially after they've already paid for their stay in full.

OMG! This was my first trip to Paris. I chose this hotel from the website because of the close proximity to the Paris LaDefense Arena because I was attending a concert. This hotel is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I loved everything about it...the decor, the room, the pricing and the staff. The ambassadors were phenomenal.. Thank you Victoria for making me feel welcomed.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff stayed for an event and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to the metro, the shopping mall and the arena. Beds are also huge and comfortable I would definitely stay here again!
