Such a beautiful place with amazing rooms. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and super tasty food.

Cons:

I booked 2 double rooms. Only one set of towels per room, which was so worn and torn, I went and bought myself a towel to dry myself. Also no plug for charging phones. There was no hot water the first night and we had to run the taps for 10 min the next morningto get hot water the next morning. (Water wasting ). Also, it was so noisy throughout the night,, we were awakened constantly.

I am writing this review with genuine disappointment regarding our recent stay. We occupied Room 53 (the family room) as well as a single room, and unfortunately the experience in both rooms fell far below the standard that any guest should reasonably expect, especially considering the price charged per night and the fact that this establishment presents itself as a four-star hotel.

Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was extremely concerning. In the family room, the shower grout was black, which immediately raised serious hygiene concerns. The bedding in both rooms did not appear properly cleaned and had a strong, unpleasant odor, making the sleeping environment uncomfortable and unsanitary. In addition, no towels were provided, which is a very basic amenity that any four-star establishment should ensure is readily available for guests upon arrival.

The overall housekeeping standards were also extremely poor. The beds were not properly made, and it was evident that the staff responsible for housekeeping either lacked proper training or that there is a significant lack of management oversight. In the hospitality industry, presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail are fundamental, particularly for a property operating at a four-star level. Unfortunately, these standards were clearly not being maintained.

The shared guest bathroom was also not clean, further reinforcing the impression that hygiene and maintenance are not being adequately monitored throughout the property.

Another extremely troubling issue was the presence of pests. We noticed ants and cockroaches on the curtain and the floor mat, which is completely unacceptable in any accommodation environment, and even more alarming for a hotel that advertises itself as four-star quality.

Customer service was equally disappointing. The receptionist was frequently occupied on calls with other clients, leaving guests standing at the desk waiting to be assisted. While phone enquiries are u
