Pros:

Accueil, confort, situation centrale et calme , petits déjeuners excellents.

Cons:

Le miroir de la salle d’eau est accroché vraiment trop haut! Impossible de s’y voir.

Petit hôtel situé dans un très beau quartier de Bordeaux.
Chambre calme , salle de bain bien équipée avec produits Clarins. Plateau de courtoisie avec café et thé.
Excellent café au petit déjeuner .
Personnel attentif et à l'écoute. Tout était parfait , nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Service is so hospitable and agreeable!
Pros:

Excellent climate control in room. Excellent bed linens and toiletries. Breakfast -excellent continental plus cheeses and hard boiled eggs. No elevator, but the staff are wonderful and offer to bring up and down luggage.

Cons:

Not a complaint, but for the budget conscious like me, be prepared that a standard room has wc closet (that was a bit tight/claustrophobic), sink in bedroom and separate shower with glass door. Go for next price point up for full separate bathroom.

Le personnel était très sympathique, bon accueil.

Cons:

Les chambres sont petites, la déco est à l’ancienne je trouve que la salle est froide pas de déco rien, pour le prix on s’attend à autre chose.
