Angenehmer Toskanaaufenthalt
Pros:

Schöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohneinheit. Terrassenmöbel könnten etwas wertiger sein.
Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr schön gestaltet und Abends schön beleuchtet.
Zum sehr schönen Calamoresca Strand sind es ca. 20 min. zu Fuß. Zum Yachthafen mit Strandzugang ca. 2 min. zu Fuß ( im Yachthafen leckerer und günstiger Cappuccino und Frühstück).
Zudem noch das überaus nette und zuvorkommende Personal = Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

We were there over new year so many amenities were closed, however the restaurant Vespero put on an amazing new year’s eve dinner. There were plenty of places to visit so the overall experience was great..

Erdvus butas su patogia įranga, puiki vieta ir vaizdas į jūrą.
Pros:

Apsistojome daugiau nei savaitę, todėl už gyvūnus nemokėjome – paprastai tai kainuoja 10 € nakčiai. Butas erdvus, turėjome balkoną su kampiniu vaizdu į jūrą. Žiemos metu labai patogu buvo turėti kondicionierius/šildymo įrangą abiejuose kambariuose – galima reguliuoti skirtingas temperatūras dienai ir miegui. Lovos labai didelės, dvigulė ir sofa. Yra skalbimo mašina ir indaplovė, kas tikrai palengvino apsistojimą. Verandoje staliukas su kėdėmis ir skėčiu (vasarą tikriausiai naudinga). Lengvas pateikimas liftais, šalia prekybos centras, pėsčiųjų takas, archeologinis muziejus ir gražūs vaizdai į jūrą.

Cons:

Karštas vanduo labai karštas – reikia būti atsargiems. Boilerio pakanka vos dviem žmonėms dušui, po to vanduo greitai atšąla ir tenka laukti. Remek volt, megyünk máskor is!
Pros:

A szállás egyszerű volt, de volt minden, értem ezalatt a mosogató gépet, mosó-szárító gépet, konyharész, bidé, vasaló és hozzá deszka, klíma, fagyasztós hűtő, kotyogós és kapszulás kávéfőző, illetve kérdezték, hogy szükségünk van-e kenyérpirítóra, stb..., szóval igencsak felszerelt. HA valaki dohányozna az erkéllyen, akkor kérjen mindenképp portacenere-t, ugyanis maguktól nem teszik ki. Az erkélyről a kilátás csodás volt, a reggeli kávék szigorúan ott voltak elfogyasztva, illetve az esti vacsorák és borok is :)
Amit megjegyzésként adnék hozzá és nem negatívumként, hogy sem egy sószóró, sem egy marék cukor nincsen a szálláson, sőt ilyesmi dolgok semmi nincsen, ez nem negatívum, de mindenki így készüljön.

Cons:

Az ágy enyhén kényelmetlen volt, illetve arra fel kell készülni, hogy takarót vigyen magával az ember, illetve a saját párnáját. A tévében csak és kizárólag olasz tévé ment, pendrive-on lehetett volna filmezni, de legyünk őszinték... Se nem filmezni, se nem aludni mentünk oda, tehát nem volt bosszantó, talán az ágy egy kicsit.

Secure parking, good size room

Cons:

The Murphy bed , TV / 2 channels only ,not smart TV and it’s Italian , requested a room with regular bed and I was told I need to pay €400 , our sleep was poor for 3 nights could not lounge back on the bed not what you need when travelling, it was my worst experience ever
